3 Squares Diner - Bainbridge GA — Restaurant in Bainbridge

Tonight 9/22/23 my daughter and I decided to go here after her game! We arrived around 10:20 pm and the place wasn’t overly crowded but busy. We found a booth and waited about 15 minutes before a waitress came and asked us what we wanted to drink (this was only after the people who came in after us were waiting and they asked what was going on after they had been waiting a while). The waitress took our drink order, came back with our drinks five minutes later and took our order. At this time it was almost 1050! The people who came in after us received their food and we literally waited there until 1130 and i decided to ask about my order at this point. The waitress who took my order was nowhere to be found and the other waitress said “oh my goodness, you all have been waiting a while!” The waitress and the cook started arguing at the point. It was something about how the tickets were placed in front of the cook and the cook was saying that she cooked them in the order the tickets were placed in front of her! Apparently our ticket kept getting pushed back because when I asked where was my ticket, it was three tickets in front of mine and we had been waiting a little over an hour at this point!🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️This was terrible customer service and the cook and waitress were still arguing after I told them to...

After 15 minutes we were finally acknowledged and then waited over an hour for our food with no offer to refill our drinks.

Four people on staff, but only two really working. Cook making one plate at a time, braided lady standing around waiting for each plate rather than helping the cook. Redhead basically walking back and forth….

Very inefficient and staff couldn’t care less.

Stood in line at the register to pay, when the gentleman in front of me finished paying the redheaded lady walked away as if I wasn’t there. The young lady with braids then walked up and leaned her back against the counter at the register in front of me! After a few minutes, I said, “Excuse me, can I pay you?” She rung it up, mumbled the total and turned her back to me again.

I see some reviews that aren't very kind to this restaurant. My wife and I were in Bainbridge for same day surgery. I Googled breakfast in Bainbridge and 3 Squares Diner was a place we were familiar with. Our breakfast couldn't have been better and the service was outstanding. I had two fried eggs, grits, patty sausage and a biscuit. My wife had two scrambled eggs, grits, bacon and a biscuit. We each ordered coffee and a small orange juice. We also ordered two pancakes to share. The food was delicious and the grits were just right, not too watery or too thick. A little salt and pepper and they were good to go. We just drink black coffee and this was better than a lot of coffee I've had at other restaurants. Our service was quick...
