Really wish EVERYBODY would stop going here. Just stop the cash flow. End the money so they’ll shut down. First of all I think their employees would actually be happy if that happened. Customers are a real pain for them to serve. If we stop showing up they can stand around, be loud and rude to each other , and just not work on anything but each others nerves. Drive thru takes forever, they have 2 lanes but only smart enough to take 1 order at the time so what’s the point of 2 lanes?!!! Cash window ladies are rude, guess they don’t understand that money we hand them helps pay their checks, cokes always watered down, chicken nuggets taste strange, don’t even order their $2 Apple pies b/c they never put it into the bag!!!! No sauces either and if you dare to ask (the horror of a paying customer asking them for things) they roll eyes or talk that mess. look if you don’t want to work stay home. If you hate it that much don’t show up. Do us all that favor! They never give whole fries anymore just PIECES of fries that are cold. Slow slow drive thru is the ONLY option unless you want to walk inside and be ignored. Asking any question gets you attitude , straight up like they’re at home and people are just showing up to bother THEM It’s the craziest thing I’ve EVER SEEN or experienced!!!!! Dear OWNER OF THIS LOCATION….. please telll your employees at this location to stop making it all about them!!!! We just want the food WE PAY FOR. Read moreWaited 20 minutes for my order. I had to leave to go to work and couldn't wait any longer. We asked for a refund at that point. I was waiting inside after placing my order via kiosk, and was never acknowledged by staff, given my cup for my drink, or updated on why it was taking so long. The man that was mopping was blasting inappropriate music from his phone which was pretty annoying. When the manager finally looked over at us, she silently did the refund, smacked her lips at me, and handed me the refund recipt without saying a word or trying to fix the situation.Then, on top of that the food was finally ready (from where we were sitting we could literally see the food sitting in a bag nearly the entire 20 minutes so the food was going to be cold either way, and the employees were goofing off) and the manager tried to shame us by loudly telling the employee to throw away all the food. I didn't want the food, didn't ask for anything free, I just wanted to leave at that point. Also, if you ever need a refill at this location they give you dirty looks and make you feel like you shouldn't be bothering them.
Once at this location a homeless man asked for the food off of my tray. I told him no, and one of the janitors kept walking by giving me a side eye and shaking his head at me then gave the man food in front of me??
So basically this place hates it's customers and don't want you there.
Usually the food comes out quickly and good so I can put up with all of that to get a quick bite to eat but this was a new surprise.
Dining room always has crumbs and is dirty. Even if you're the only customer in the store you have to search for a clean space to sit.

Read moreThis has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. This isn't just today's experience, but several times over the past year my husband and I have come here to go inside to place an order. No one inside, the shift manager included, can be bothered to take your order at the register. They tell you to order at the kiosks. Although I understand the convenience of the kiosks, I would rather order at the register. They felt repulsed not just tonight but many times that we asked to order at the register. The employees were rude about it after we insisted to order at the register which led to us asking for the manager. I don't like resorting to asking for the manager unless it's a serious issue, and this warranted it. When the manager came out they too gave an attitude about ordering at the register, and I still don't understand why it was such an issue to order at the registers. Other other notes, don't expect to get your order on curbside or from the drive-thru in a timely manner, they take their time, and we've waited nearly 30 minutes-45 minutes every time with curbside and drive-thru.
If I could give 0 stars I would. And if I could get ahold of an actual person to talk to about this consistant issue, then I would report it. No wonder none of my family or friends go here anymore.
Will never return to this McDonalds again, my money and business is well spent elsewhere, where I actually get hot food and decent...
