Ricky's Steak and Buffet — Restaurant in Bainbridge

Yesterday, I came with my son, boyfriend, and mother to eat. We spent $50 on drinks and food all together. Their meatloaf was still pink in the middle, as always when I decide to go there. There was a roach smashed in the window that we were sitting by. Me and my boyfriend come to eat here about 2 weeks ago and the same roach was in the window, so you can tell that they are not cleaning. After seeing that, I could barely eat my food because of the undercooked meat. I went for dessert and as I'm fixing it my mother called me over urgently to show me that it was 2 mice running around a table that was near us. This was my mothers first time eating here and she was completely disgusted after seeing that. We told the waitress, and we could tell by her response that this was nothing new. She called over one of the cooks and we told him what we had seen and his response was okay I will put down a trap. I felt like he should have showed more concern, but by his response as well, I could tell that this wasn't anything new to them. I asked if we could be compensated, he stated that we could not get a full refund because we had already been there. So he just refunded me $15 for one of the meals. I try to give this place a chance every so often but they always disappoint me. I would not recommend eating here until Ricky shuts down and completely cleans and renovate that building !! Im surprised that the health department hasn't shut...

Ricky's used to be the local Golden Corral. With that said, Ricky, the owner of the place, is always on hand to give a warm welcome, a smile and a handshake, even if it's been a few months since you've been there. The wait staff are the same way- friendly and engaging even while you sit in wonder that your tea glass never gets empty. The food is hot, good, and filling. There is a lot of variety, with a few constants such as the fluffy yeast rolls, golden delicious, and covered with butter. There is generally fried chicken on the buffet, and the baked potato bar, and there is always a salad bar, generously stocked, and a dessert bar. On the hot bar they rotate out many of the items on the hot bar daily, so you can literally go every day to get something different. They have take out, which is sold by weight instead of by the flat rate of the buffet price. But even the buffet price is still a good value. They have plenty of seating so you could, theoretically, bring a church full of people with room left over. The bathrooms are clean and...

FOOD IS AMAZING SERVICE IS EVEN BETTER ESPECIALLY WHEN THAT 1 LADY IS WALKING I MEAN WAITING ON OUR SIDE! COULDN'T GET ANYTHING BETTER ANYWHERE PERIOD! PLUS SOMEONE'S A OHIO STATE FAN WHO WORKS THERE!!!! OH. Only giving this place a 4 star rating literally for 1 single reason which has to be something everyone knows if they use their facilities! They for 1 look like a truck stop rest room from 1987 and the smell you were just bought back too, lol yes sir no mistake about it I'll be washing my hands with wet wipes before entry... With that being said I'm still eating there once a week with my Momma because I don't have to enter that room if I choose not too! And it's not filthy just older than mammal's basic ultra light 100's with a ash as long as my pinkie..
