If I could leave zero stars, I would. Horrible Service! I went inside at 5:50pm, thinking it would be faster, since there was more than one car in the drive thru (a whole different complaint). I walked in, the ONLY customer inside at the moment, the cashier was on her cell phone, she did put it down and come take my order and she was friendly. I ordered a salad, 10 chicken nuggets, and 2 spicy chicken wraps. The cashier walked to the back, to hang out with what sounded like about 10 other people having a party. During this time a child came in to get Frostys her mother had just paid for in the drive thru and not gotten, they walked past her twice without acknowledging her, so I had to get their attention and tell them what she needed. Two more customers walked in, again unnoticed, until the cashier decided to walk up front and see what was going on. Party still going on in the back. At this point I had been waiting 15 mins; the cashier then acknowledges my wait and says, " Y'all got her order?" The response....... "we cooking the spicys now" .....15 minutes AFTER I ordered.....party still going on in the back. You would think if they had time to be playing and on their phones, they could have at the very least been killing the flies that were all over the restaurant. 22 mins after I entered the store I finally got my order.    Read moreService is horrible. Hard to get your order exact. Foof is cold. Every time I order bacon on burger, it's missing. Every time. When pointed out, it is taken personal. This is the only Wendy's in the town. I enjoy eating Wendy's, but not here. Order is never as ordered. Workers have no customer service skills. How can 10 out of 10 orders are always incorrect. You always have to ask for a receipt. For several years the receipt machine didn't work so they claimed. Not weeks or months, but several years. I am thinking that these residents don't care or know what excellent or even good customer service is. They are used to bad service and it's the norm and they don't complain. I have complained over and over. I have called corporate several times to no avail. Corporate claims service will change, but that hasn't happened. And why should it when customers are satisfied with sub par service. After complaining for several years of not being able to get a receipt, the machine was replaced. But I still have to ask for a receipt. Most places will at least ask if you need a receipt. All I can say is thoroughly inspect order before leaving. Horrible place, just horrible.    Read moreI don't know if it was just a bad day, but the food and environment was utterly HORRIBLE. I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes for it. While I was waiting for my food the front cashier was talking to another employee about how none of the food(mine and 2 other customers) had been made..10 minutes after I ordered. The crazy thing about that is how bad the food was. I use to work at a Wendy's so I know a fresh burger and fries when I see/eat them. The burgers were hard and the fries were soggy which makes me wonder why it took them 15 minutes to not only give me my food but not give me the CORRECT food. I asked for a jr. Bacon, they gave me a regular cheeseburger that was loaded with mustard. Gross. Not to mention the fact their bathroom was out of CONTROL. There were paper towels and toilet paper everywhere on the floor on the sink on TOP of the trash bin and woman pad papers as well and the toilet looked like it hadn't been flushed in Quite a while with how bad the stench was. I know for a fact the manager was there and it shocks me that they would let that happen in their store. The employees weren't rude or anything so at least that was good....
