Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Bainbridge

UPDATE: Friday July 26 2024 Well it was good for a while but Zaxbys are back to their old tricks of flash frying their fries again. Seriously what is it about folks not understanding how French fries are supposed to be golden brown NOT white? Went through the drive thru and got the wrong order and was charged for it. Cashier refunded then charged and gave us the correct order so that was good. Sadly the fries were barely cooked. At least the grilled cheese was done. Seems to be a continuing trend at this restaurant with inconsistent labor. Hope they get it worked out with better training. UPDATE: Tuesday Jan 5 2021 Yried the new General Tso's boneless wing meal. The wings were cooked perfect. The texture is crunchy. The flavor is a bit salty and spicy. It would be great if they aimed for a little sweeter and less salty than currently presented bit not as sweet and syrupy as most of the Chinese restaurants make them. Very good friendly and Fast service. UPDATE: Thursday July 4. After eating Zaxbys food today..it looks like I'm gonna have to just give up on them altogether. Since last review this location has gotten even worse. Now the fries are way undercooked with no seasoning on them. Looks like they were taken straight from a frozen bag right into the fryer. Chicken wasnt much better. Gone are the days when Zax employees would coat the chicken and fries thoroughly in seasoning then cook both to a deep brown color. Evidently its never gonna be that way again. The photo is actually darker and more yellow than the food actually was. Fries were almost white. I give up. Maybe chick-fil-a will perform better. Fingers crossed! Update: Friday Sept 22,2017 I don't know what's up with his restaurant. At my last review the food was great including the fries. This restaurant has a history of poor performance where French fries are concerned. They just can't seem to get it right consistently or seem to even care if they do. All their chicken products are cooked well.I just wish they could learn to season and thoroughly cook fries. COOKED FRIES MATTER!

Food was great. Service was horrible! The moment we walked into the restaurant the cashier Briyana B and other employees made a comment "Oh my God" as if they didn't want to serve us even though they were open for another 2hrs. While taking our order she was extremely rude like she was annoyed and didn't want to be there and kept asking if that was it before I could even say another order. In the middle of ordering a coworker was talking to her and instead of apologizing or saying excuse me while she walked to the window to yell something to a coworker that was in the back. It was like we weren't there. While we were about to sit down she came over with an attitude asking if we were the last one to pay because the payment didn't go through. We had our receipt so it went through. It was the gentleman who was still standing at the counter who's card hadn't gone through. He was legit standing in front of her and rushed to us thinking it was us. It made so sense. Customer service retraining is a must. Trash was also over flowing and the soap dispenser in the woman's bathroom was slung across...

We sat in the drive through for roughly 20 minutes before we called to see why the line was moving so slowly and if it would be quicker to come inside. We were hung up on, no response. We called back. Asked why they hung up, she laughed and said 'bad connection", we inquired again and her response was "food", literally all she said. Then we were hung up on again. I then called back and asked for the name and number of the GM and I was told that they don't give out employee names or numbers. Then someone else got on the phone and told me to "read your receipt". I hadn't even had a chance to order, 35 minutes in the drive through! She hung up on me for a 3rd time. When we finally received our food, we said "thank you" after completing our transaction, and she just slammed the window, no verbal acknowledgement. Please go anywhere else. Run. The time of customer service has never reached this place. Disappointed every time we give this place...
