Starbucks — Restaurant in Baker City

The food is excellent this is a sit down diner not a burger joint chain store they have variety specials posted monthly on the drive thru window that opens up with honest to goodness friendly face who doesn't just ask for what you want just like waitress takes your order telling you what's on special what's alot of other people have ordered and big seller showing telling what a small med large cup or fry side containers hold what the many wow so many flavors of shakes nit powdered mixes like sea monkeys adx water and it's alive they are smile makers made real fruit ice cream yano when you put it in your mouth and out comes yum before it hits your tummy !! yup now that's what hungry wants to hear it's sound of happily satisfied and put in minds rolladex of places that you gotta go back and get ya...

we visit baker every year from utah and every year the employees at this starbucks either make my drink wrong or are super rude! we were all dehydrated after traveling and were declined large waters even after i offered to pay for something off the menu?? any other starbucks i have ever been to is more than happy to give water to even people who aren’t paying customers, i also used to work at a starbucks in utah and would have NEVER declined a customer water, that is not a starbucks policy. the woman working didn’t even look up from what she was doing to say sorry for the inconvenience, she literally just said no. anyway… i don’t like to leave bad reviews but they seriously are not nice there and are very poorly trained. so hopefully they take this and learn to be...

I believe the lady that was making our coffee, needs to go back to training. My son and I ordered the same thing and mine was in a bigger glass. She kept looking out at us and not paying attention. She put my iced coffee in 3 different glasses before she served it to me. Drink didn't even taste like it had 3 shots of espresso. The iced coffee I ordered came with that. But it wasn't even in there. Yes I have had good coffee from Starbucks. I just believe the girl at the Safeway in Salem on Lancaster, needs to go back to training. She treated us with respect.
