Listen. If I ever disappear, don’t check the woods. Check Coffee Coral. I’m probably in the corner sipping something heavenly and pretending I’m the main character in a moody indie film.

This place? Five stars. Easy. No hesitation. They don’t just make coffee - they craft caffeinated masterpieces with the same passion Michelangelo had for ceilings.

And the service? Unreal. They know my name. They know my drink. Sometimes I wonder if they know my credit score and childhood trauma too. It’s like being in a sitcom where everyone actually likes you and your latte comes with emotional validation.

Now… there was a time they’d accidentally toss full-sugar caramel into my drink. At first, I was like, “Whoa there, I’m trying to be healthy-ish.” But now? Now I lean into the chaos. If my pancreas protests, that’s between me and the Lord. Those little ‘oopsies’ are like love letters in syrup form.

Overall bad. I have tried to love coffee corral, the employees are awesome but their policies need improvement. A couple days ago I got a burnt latte so bad I couldn't drink it. I went back today and asked if they would make me another one and was told I would have had to come back the same day if they were to make it right. Well that's next to impossible when you have small children. You can't taste hot coffee till you make it home, and by the time you've unloaded multiple children from car seats there is no way you would load them back up to selfishly get your coffee fixed. So I figured, of course they would make it right next time I was able to load up the car and treat myself to some momma time. No. Not only that I paid full price for another bad coffee I had to pour down the drain. This time it was made with so much milk it was hardly brown anymore. Just coffee flavored warm milk. If you want good coffee without worrying about your health, go to sorbenots. I am a Type One Diabetic, so if I consume sugar I need insulin. I wanted a sugar free coffee, so I told the girls sugar free syrup. Then when the girl passed me my drink I asked her for sure if it was sugar free since I am a diabetic. She said yes. Long story short my blood sugar is 350 and going up. These levels could make me end up in the hospital.
