Arby's — Restaurant in Bakersfield

We went to the Arby's on Buck Owens Boulevard. It was not the cleanest I've ever seen it, there were signs posted for things that they no longer carry ... pulled pork I believe. Great big sign right by the register and the guy just kind of giggled and so so we don't have that anymore. What I was craving was that delicious chicken pecan sandwich that they had, and he made it very clear that that was the only available for a short period of time. what a shame it was delicious. Outside the store was quite a few homeless people some of course wanted to stop you on your way in. I feel privileged and the fact that I'm not in that situation, I give to those that appear to be needy or hungry. I laugh at those begging for money when I realize that their shoes are more expensive than mine. Lol. I did indeed give food to the lady that was outside in a wheelchair in tears. She really looked destitute not just because of the tears but everything about her. She took the food and gladly ate it which made me feel better. She didn't look at me like ....what don't you have cash? She was sincerely grateful to have something to eat. How Lucky I Am again.. that's not me.

Back to Arby's food ect. I don't know if I'll go back in that store for a while. Maybe with a little hope the manager will read this and work on the store a little bit and I'll wait a...

We ate at this location today. A HUGE mistake ... SLOW SLOW SLOW. Everything was in slow motion , it was a VERY long time to get our food. It was cold. COLD COLD COLD. Not fresh .... The fries , yuck! The person who brought the food out onto our tray from the back kitchen to call our name was unable to read it simple 4 letter America name had to ask the cashier on how to read it. And then the cashier told the person and the person called out the name. The whole thing was stupid and ridiculous. Not to mention that the order was the wrong order. Yes the wrong order.. The men's bathroom was completely out of order. Everyone was using the ladies bathroom, The ladies bathroom was disgusting dirty slimy things are on the wall the toilet was disgusting. It was out of soap. So couldn't wash your hands the doorknob was disgusting not to mention the door did not lock. I would urged the Health department to swing by and I do inspection on this establishment the sooner the better for the health of the public. The tables in the dining area where sticky with food but ketucup up and staff and Arby sauce and stuff all over the place they're absolutely disgusting there is not a clean table anywhere inside. I cannot remember the pleasant drive through window attendant’s name but she had my order hot and ready as promised from the Arby App. I asked her if extra sauce cost extra and she said “Not at all Brian. In fact what would you like and how many?” I splurged on Arby’s and my behalves, thanked her and drove away. I got a Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich, toasted with marbled bread with extra horseradish and ate it in their clean and comfortable parking lot. Now THAT’S service, in a day where customer service often involves proving that we’re not reCAPTCHA Robots to yes to Robots with AI Canned Speeches. To them I say “Have a WWII, Battle of The Buldge can of SPAM (yes, that’s where the contemporary meaning comes from) on me!”

Naturally the reply is “Invalid Response…”
