Gotta try this place out!

Wife really wanted to try the strawberry shortcake. According to her it did not disappoint.

Wife wanted something sweet on a Tuesday evening and we ended up at Sweet Fix Creamery.

The staff was really friendly offering samples of their home made ice cream. My youngest kind of wanted to try everything and the staff was very patient and didn’t seem to mind.

They have some real interesting original flavors and other treats. You kind of want to sample everything. There were several other customers waiting because they couldn’t decide won what to get.

Luckily we got our orders in before the evening rush. People were just coming and coming as we enjoyed our treats on their patio seating.

Nice little creamery shop. You have to stop by it’s worth it!

Quick Summary Finally a boutique ice cream spot in Bakersfield! the owners were incredibly nice and offered great recommendations for our ice cream. I mainly tried their seasonals and loved the London Fog, Frappuccino Almond crunch, topped with caramel and espresso flakes.

Food- 5 stars Ice cream was excellent and well balanced. I didn't have that thirsty or heavy feeling after eating sweeter ice creams, so it was a fantastic feeling to have my cake and eat it too. Will be back for the cartons!

Service- 5 stars Every employee/owner was fantastic. They were very patient and offered their favorites and recommendations. The experience was splendid!

I went in on June 17 to get some ice cream with my family. Since the moment I walked in, the owner kept staring at me and my family and he never greeted us. We stayed to eat our ice cream there and he kept staring at us in a very uncomfortable way. As soon as some customers walked in, he greeted them right away and made them feel welcomed. I didn’t think anything of it at first, but then I started noticing that the people before us were greeted as well.
