We have eaten here quite a few times and really like it . I had lasagne which was very good. Wife had raviolis which were also very good. Glass of wine pretty good, good poor, fresh bottle etc. Prices are fair and portions are big. I do have a problem with one thing though. I ordered meat lasagna and when waiter took order I asked if it came with a red sauce and wife had same question about raviolis. Waiter indicated we could have plain red sauce or meat sauce. No where on menu or did waiter indicated there was an extra charge for meat sauce. We both chose meat sauce. When bill came out entrees were $22.00 each but there was a $10.95 additional charge for the sauce. We didn't complain and paid the bill but it would have been nice if somewhere it mentioned that having meat sauce on our meat lasagne was an extra charge. Somewhere on the menu it should have indicated it wasn't a choice but an extra charge. 2 entrees (least expensive dishes on menu) 1 glass of wine, 1 pellegrini water was $120.00 with tip. Not ridiculously over priced for portions served but kinda pricey for a couple of scoops of sauce. I Probobly would have opted out of them if it was indicated anywhere that there was an extra 50% for sauce. Just put it on the menu somewhere so the prices are more transparent. A little disappointing to say the least. Kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth after an otherwise good experience. Will Probobly still go back but ask...
Read moreI wish I could give this place 0 stars. My husband and I went for our anniversary, as we have never tried the place and felt like having good authentic Italian food. Well, this was not the place for that! The entrees were OK, nothing spectacular. The bread they give you is not very good at all. We each took a bite and that was it. I'm sorry but you better have some good bread if you are an Italian restaurant! What really got me, however, was the fact that they charged me $16 for a side caesar salad! The menu said you can add a soup or salad for $4.95. When the waitress asked if I'd like to add either I said "yes, i would like to try the caesar". It was literally romaine lettuce with 2 croutons and like 2 small pieces of parmesan cheese. The dressing wasn't very good so neither my husband nor myself even finished it between the 2 of us. When the check came and I saw the price I questioned our waiter. He very rudely explained to me that it's a "house" salad that you can add for the $4.95 price, then proceeds to basically rip the check out of my hand and goes and runs our credit card for the full price. I could not believe the lack of customer service he displayed in that moment. I also can't believe they have the gull to charge people $16 for some lettuce! I will never step foot in this place again and will make sure my family and friends...
Read moreFirst time trying this place. It was actually pretty good. A friend recommended while visiting family. I will say that I personally have had better fettuccine but my mom ordered it and liked it so that's what matters. The Greek salad was really a spinach salad as there was literally ONE olive and as shown those 3 little pieces of feta. The waiter brought out a small cup of olives which was nice. The little round things in the picture are fried mozzarella with marinara sauce. Very good! The pork chop was so tender and seasoned just right! It wasn't my order but I had to try it. It was sooooooooo good! I ordered the cheese manicotti. It was OK. The edges were a bit hard like it was under or overcooked. The waiter was terrific. Super attentive, friendly. I can't remember his name for the life of me but it was different. They only open for dinner and I think you have to make a reservation. Good music, nice atmosphere. All in all we had...
