Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I'm like a food critic without the license, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a local person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out.

SADLY!, the wings that was ordered wasn't as advertised or even the sauce that wasn't fully covered on all the wings and some wings with the bone in was not all juicy at all and was over fried knowing some drum sticks are super small than others so clearly it's not going to be juicy at all when frying it all at the same time. The carrots that came with it look dry also and almost white looking and not even sliced or cut at all and looked overall none appetizing. The mozzarella cheese sticks were alright, and I thought it would be way way way thicker and longer at least to be fulfilling and got a small and short cup of red sauce that wasn't even full to the top atleast. The Mac and cheese was borderline ok of the flavor but when I first saw the Mac and cheese it wasn't even a full bowls worth and the noodles was small also and barely any cheese sauce knowing I'm thinking Mac and cheese was going to be ORANGE so I highly recommend photos on all products of food and sauce choices or alteast give customers a choice of cheese sauce flavor color to select from. The ONLY thing that was really good and flavor was the Burger that was advertised on the main front or back menu that's on top in clear view to see in photo, BUT the Burger was too small to be a price it goes for and the fries that came with it was 100% not fried fresh and tasted like it was sitting for hours and had no season flavor to it and didn't bother eating anymore of the fries and for everything it cost about almost 70 bucks!. $$ crazy high!!

The men's bathroom needs remodeling major! by starting with the mirrors to be replaced and needs to be super sanitized and cleaned and scrubbed down mandatory and making sure everything works properly and not broken or loose.

Besides the food overall experience, the lady that took care of us last night before they were going to close was working mostly all by herself and sorry that I forgot your name but I remember you had braces on your teeth, im sure you know who you are haha. She did a wonderful job, and she was super humble and professional and patient taking care of us the whole time we were there. She deserves a raise.

Honestly, I won't be coming back to this place ever ever again. And I recommend customers to speak up if something don't look right or taste right because you paying with your hard working money so you deserve freshly hot cooked and fried food that's juicy and flavourful to perfection. Was excited to try but was quickly disappointed when we were met at the hostess station by an irritated host. You could tell she didn't want to be there. We asked if we could be sat outside but she quickly told us that there was a party of 16 that would be showing up and that was not going to be possible anytime soon. We waited about 30 minutes to be seated, it was busy. We were seated inside and the whole time there we didn't see any party of 16 :/ A gentleman took our drink order about 10 minutes after we were sat and told us our waitress would be with us shortly. That didn't happen, she ran by about 10 minutes after that and said she was going to take someone else's order and be back which didn't happen either ... another gentleman came by and took our order. Mind you, both of the gentleman that attended to us were NOT waiters which is fine but really? Our waitress passed by later to pick up our menus lol My husband must have moved his empty cup to every angle of the table to see if someone would refill it, no one came. we tried waving people down, didn't work. I finally got up and walked it over to the drink station MYSELF and asked the girl at the machine for a refill. We got our food and most was right but not everything, our burgers were not the greatest but eehh. When it came time for the check everything moved a lot quicker lol. BY ALL MEANS STAY AWAY FROM THIS BWW! The server got our (drink order) wrong from the beginning. I asked for two soft drinks and one beer and she brought an extra lemonade. I wasn’t going to be a PITB so I told her to leave it althought I didn’t order it. We placed our food order and when the food came out it was wrong. It was supposed to be 10 mango habanero/hot so 5 and 5 and 10 wild/Parmesan. She came out with parm, hot and mango. IT DID NOT HAVE WILD. My sons tenders looked as thin as French fries so I asked her politely to correct that because it was $15.99 for 3 tenders meal. I orders 6 traditional wings and she brought 12. I told her I only wanted 6, she replied “just get the BOGO”. We thought that we would get it fixed and have a great dinner little did we know that the manager James came out and told us that he was going to charge us double to fix the order. I was so upset because that was their mistake and instead of taking responsibility they decided to shame us for speaking up. My dinner was not going to be free. I was going to pay for my food, could it at least be what I ordered?
