ATTENTION KATIE MORADKHANI My family and I have been loyal customers for 3+ years. Tonightâs experience was awful. I placed an order (4 cookies) on crumblâs website. When I received my order only 2 of 4 cookies were correct. I called the store to notify them. The lady who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked her for her managers name and she said âI think itâs Siraâ, I asked her to please spell the name for me she said âI donât know how you spell itâ. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. I couldnât believe the lack of customer service this lady lacks. Zero empathy for the customer and zero respect for the company she works for. Crumbl needs to do a better job on hiring people who represent their company in a positive manner. I drove to the location and was quickly able to point out who I was talking to over the phone(Bri). I told the lady I had called 20mins earlier and continued to tell her the issue. She denied talking to me on the phone and said 6 others had just left. I confirmed with her the managerâs name and she said âSiraâ. I asked her for her name and she said âBriâ. I decided to speak to another lady who was working to confirmed the managers name âSiraâ which she said thereâs nobody by that name who works there. She told me the managers name is Scarlett. This lady was able to give us a refund. I say all that to say Iâm extremely disappointed with the service we received today. Bri does not care about her job and can care less about representing this company in a positive way. People like Bri are todayâs downfall in the food industry(horrible employees). I decided to place an order through my app. The app did not indicate they were sold out of the cookies I wanted. I place my order and when I arrive to the location they tell me that they were completely sold out of all the cookies I ordered. I told them, fine just give me a refund. They come up with the lame excuse that because I used my rewards/app they couldn't refund me, but that I could pick up my order any day that week. The girl that helped me even wrote my name and what I ordered. I live 40 minutes away from Bakersfield so I went back a few days later. When I arrive I told them I was there to pick up an order. I explained to them what happened. They couldn't find my order anywhere. They were very unorganized! Had names written in different pages of notebooks. Since they couldn't find my order, I requested a refund. They said that they couldn't refund me until the manager was there. The manager was not there! They gave me an email to reach out to the manager so she can issue me a refund. The girl that was helping me claimed that the manager was very quick with her responses. That she would reach out in 48 hours. I emailed twice and haven't recieved a response back. It's been more than a week and still haven't heard from anyone! I will not go back to this store again.
