Jamba — Restaurant in Bakersfield

This is my favorite location of all. I live pretty much across the street from them. Drinks are always well done and very good. But, today we got new straw made of cardboard, instead of the regular orange plastic ones. I get they want to help the environment, but, I couldn't drink from it. My drink taste it like cardboard. I was very disappointed since, I couldn't drink it comfortable. So, I was going to go do my errands and decided to go home instead to get a plastic straw from my plastic cups at home. The girl working Saturday June 1, 2024 was extremely rude. I brought my 7 year old in and she was excited to get a smoothie. I was told to use the kiosk as I was struggling to place my order of 4 drinks she helped the girl behind me at the register. After I placed my order at the kiosk another woman used the kiosk and her order was ready before mine as she order 3 drinks so there should be no reason she did her first. She was in the back when I left and asked her name but she never came back nor did I get her name...

I love Jamba. Especially the one One on Stockdale. The people's in there are always so sweet and friendly. First time at the one in Gosford Village and the atmosphere wasn't as friendly and fun but one young lady was fabulous. Her name was Trinity I think. She had a smile on and was so sweet. Went back a few days later and found out she was just filling in and works at the Stockdale location. MAKES SINCE LOL. Guess Stockdale is where I'll be going...
