Zero managerial and communication skills when it comes to “client experience”. Please do better training when it comes to your team and how to go about fixing a client concern. I had the worst experience with the gosford location. Will NOT be back. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to my arrival and paid once I got there no problem. Received my order incorrect and the girl with the ridiculous amount of piercings on her face proceeded to tell me that she tried to reach out to me to tell me that they ran out of chicken shwarma but in reality I never received a call. I would have assumed as an employee if you knew this information, then you should have told me when I paid, because it could’ve been a different outcome. Then to make things worse the gentleman behind the counter went mute and didn’t know what options to give me. I had to beg him to give me options to figure out the situation. As a manager myself I am shocked that these employees have zero communication skills and never once did I receive a “sorry”. The only option I could come up with was a refund and the girl proceeded to take the incorrect item back instead of apologizing and leaving it in my bag for the “inconvenience”. Read moreMy fellow Bakersfield citizens that are boiling in this heat, the coldest place in the city is Flame and Skewers bathroom! It's awesome! The whole restaurant's air conditioning is on point. It was 108° outside yesterday yet I was feeling so good that we stayed there for an hour and a half. Now on to the food. We got chicken shawarma wraps and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were the best sweet potato fries I've ever had anywhere. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and perfectly salty. The chicken shawarma definitely needs an extra garlic dip. It is delicious and has a nice flavor, but extra sauce is where it's at. Nice and roomy in this restaurant and it didn't take long for the food to be ready. Their carbonated berry drink taste like blueberry sprite. Read moreI have to share this experience, because saying something positive is the right thing to do. The majority of us only take action when things are negative. I placed an order, at what I thought was this location. When I stopped to pick it up, it became apparent that I had ordered from another location (20 minutes travel in each direction) instead of the one less than 1 mile from my house. The awesome woman working the pick-up counter called the other location, and without having to travel, or pay extra, they remade my order there. I would not reccomend ordering from the wrong location (easy to accidentally click on), and mine was only one item--a much easier fix than a full-blown party order, but this was AMAZING customer service.
