If I could rate this 0 stars I most definitely would. I ain't mad though, they got a comedian as an “ASSistant” manager, I got a good laugh so we’ll give the star to that. Rene really seems to hate his life, arguing with customers, taking mobile order customers food for himself, I have a whole dash cam video of him basically teasing my kids with the food . He refused to listen to my HUSBAND whenever he was saying there were items missing , we tried to show him with the bag and he grabbed it and threw it in the trash. Threatening us that he gets off at 7pm like a sad miserable old man. like Okay i’m off right now so what you tryna do ?! I really had to step out myself today and walk away because I thrive for good customer service, i’ll be damned to not be 100 at anything I do in my life. You gotta live with not even being good at burger kind like theres literally a list to put in the bag.. This is all recorded .. I mean its nothing to pull up to another burger king & get the same order but its something to be disrespected in front of my family. Most definitely aint the one and he is most definitely lucky I was with my family . I’ve been in the fast food industry but that was my first job and i will most gladly put a headset on my head and show a mf how its done. Know that. Im sure in 7 years he will still be at that drive thru or resting because theres most definitely some crazier people out here that will do sum over some chicken fries but i aint the one lol not worth it for my family really. & I will most definitely be taking this further than this review. Read moreNot sure of the girls name who was about to take our order, but she was wearing a liberty high patriot sweatshirt and on her phone the entire time. But we ended up walking out. We walked up, she didn’t say a word to us, so my husband handed her our coupons and we told her that was all we wanted. My husband told her he didn’t want mayo on either sandwich. She goes “on both?” And he said yes. She then just stared at us so I had to say “that will be all thank you” and then I told her I had a gift card on my phone that I have to manually enter in. And she goes “yeah.. I figured.” With the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. I just said “excuse me?” Because I wasn’t sure if I heard her right, and she said “ I said yeah I figured cause you showed it to me and was telling him” (my husband). I said okay can I enter the number then? And she said “well yeah it’s ready.” I go to enter the number, which is not typing into the system. I told her it wasn’t working and she goes “did you even enter it correctly?” I told her yes, and then got sick of the attitude we kept getting. All of the attitude and rudeness doesn’t translate well over a message, but I was seriously taken aback because I’ve literally never experienced it before. I grabbed my coupons and said forget it, I’m not ordering food here. I found the manager who was watching football on his phone. I asked if he was the manager and I explained to him what happened and he said “okay, want me to take your order?” And I said absolutely not we’re not eating here. He then went back to watching football. Absolutely ridiculous and teenager with these types of attitudes need to be properly trained and reprimanded for that type...
Read moreAbout two months ago I ate at a BK in Hanford and absolutely had the best meal. I told my wife that we should pick up BK because of the great experience. She went today to the Stockdale BK and arrived in the drive-thru at 12:36pm and was finally "set free" (her words, not mine) from the line at 1:09pm. This is all trackable in text messages since she let me know when she got there and the minute she left. That's over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line. We were lucky because she didn't have to be anywhere so she was trying to take it in stride. She got back home where I was given my burger. I bit into it and the top bun literally disintegrated in my hands. I used to make fresh bread at a bakery so I know that your burger bun was probably a week past the expiration date. It. Was. Awful. We let the 33 minute drive-thru experience slide but I have to draw the line when the food is terrible too. There were no pros to this experience. Only cons. We won't be back to any of your locations and you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing a drive-thru to stay open that makes people wait over 1/2 an hour. It's really not good business. I get we're supposed to "be nice to the essential workers that show up" but your manager/leadership isn't giving these essential workers a chance by pissing off everyone that continues to try to give...
