I have been coming here since they first opened and never have had any problems other than 4-5 times they’ve given me the wrong size drink and I kindly let them know that I ordered a Medium and NOT a small, and it’s never been an issue it may just be the speaker in the drive thru but unfortunately i’ve got this same older lady in particular that has been extremely rude to me when i’ve asked her if she’s able to fix the size cause it’s simply not what i ordered. She’s also dumping the size small in a medium cup and filling the rest of the cup with foam, shorting me on my coffee and half of it was foam…. she was pissed I even asked for the correct size and was even more mad when I asked if she could remake the drink entirely since the coffee was half foam, ripping me off. She didn’t want to remake it so I ended up leaving with a “medium”. I decided to come a week later and wow she was just super mean again I won’t be coming back after being a loyal customer for so long, the situation sucks! I don’t want to come back to be treated like crap a 3rd time...

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and I live in the area, so, since it is so close to home and they open early, I thought it would be fun to take my son there and have breakfast. He got a concha and the blast lemonade. Both were delicious. The Blast lemonade tastes like an otter pop! I ordered the Sweet Cream Cold Brew (that’s typically what I get at Starbucks and since this was my first time here, I thought I’d play it safe and get something I’m familiar with) and the grilled cheese w/bacon & jalapeños. My coffee was so good. I ordered a medium and glad I did because that sucker was huge! The grilled cheese sandwich was DECADENT. The texture was crispy & fluffy. The bread was toasted to perfection and buttery and the cheese was gooey and delicious! The sauce that it comes with is also so good. We sat at one of the picnic tables and just enjoyed hanging out before school trying a new place. It was early so it wasn’t busy at all. The employee working was polite and worked efficiently. I've been a fan and supporter of this spot since their grand opening. But this last time I went was pretty bad. They gave me the wrong drinks. And then the donuts (which I've tried before) tasted old. My toddler, who was excited for his donut, took one bite, made a face, and left it. I ended up throwing the drinks and the donuts away and going to get my toddler a donut elsewhere. I don't feel like I'm a picky person either. I'm the type that will eat roadkill if it's seasoned right. And the flavor was definitely OFF today compared to previous times. Maybe it was an old donut. Idk.🤷‍♀️ If my sole experience was the one I had today, I would have given 1 star. But because I've been here before, and it was great, I'm giving three stars. I definitely won't be back to try this place anytime soon, but feel like maybe in a few months, I'll try to give this place...
