California Fish Grill — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I order from this restaurant at least twice a week and every time I order through Uber Eats, there’s an issue. I’m confused. The app doesn’t let me add garlic butter as a side so I call the restaurant directly to make sure y’all add it in my bag. I get my order and it’s not there and your best solution is to contact Uber Eats, when I contacted the restaurant directly?! How hard is it to add two sides of freakin garlic butter after I just got off the phone with someone?! Make it make sense!? Either get with Uber Eats to make sure they update their app to do so or start putting the side of the sauce I order in the fish automatically in the bag just in case. Y’all can’t be this damn forgetful and it “slip your mind” as the associate put after I just got done asking you nicely to do so. If I could physically drive over just to grab my sides, I would but I’m 3 days post-surgery and annoyed as hell yall can’t handle a a simple task as putting some damn garlic butter sides in a bag. Last time we ordered through Uber Eats and we didn’t get any tart sauce and we had the wrong side. So tonight we decided to try again, so we stopped by to order dinner to go. First, the young lady who took our order was great, she was polite, took her time to answer our questions, even though they were busy, it’s Friday night! When the manger called out our name about 15mins after we ordered, wow that was the quickest we have ever had our food be done! But when we got home, the 2 orders of fish and chips with beans, were fish and chips with an asparagus spear, no beans. The other order of salmon with double order of brussel sprouts, had burnt salmon, and one order of sprouts charred and undercooked, drenched in oil. I just ordered for take out a 3piece fish n chips; decided to upgrade to sweet potato fries. I had not been there in over a month. The last time I was there fish pieces and everything else seemed somewat 'normal' (I say " somewhat" bcz they had been reducing the amount of fries for a while, but not enough to stop going). This time around, EVERYTHING WAS MUCH REDUCED: Packaging, fish n fries portions. I had about 10-15 little slices/wedges of sweet potato fries! The only thing that didn't seem to change was the coleslaw portion. Although, I have/had no complaints about the staff or service, the now much-reduced portions, will make it very, very hard for me to go back there! And of course, the prices have NOT changed. I feel betrayed and lied-to. They have become like all these other fast food places who would try or find ingenious ways to 'bait n switch' their customers....
