Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Food always comes out decently well, so no complaints on that ever. The issue is that if you ever order via phone they seem to not keep track of those orders and will give you a wait time and when you come in they don’t have your order in the system. So it ends up being a waste of time and you have to wait for them to make it fresh since they never actually added your order to their queue. So if you’re going to order from here. Just show up to the location and order in person or place an online order through their website. Never call in. They suck at handling orders over the phone. It’s happened 4 times in a row at this location for me. If it wasn’t the only one near me I would just go to a different location. Normally I could care less about writing a review, but I hope the ops staff sees this and finds a way to fix the issue. That’s why I’ve decided to write my review. Hopefully it saves other people a whole...

If I can give them negative stars I would!!! Ordered online on the app. Gave an estimated time for pick up for the portal 7:19pm - 7:24pm. Waited till 7:46 pm and did not received the QR code yet through my email. So I went inside and my food was just sitting on the table and not even getting warm in portal warmer. Then when I got home I open the pizza box and wasn’t even the pizza I ordered, they gave me someone else’s pizza. So I called and asked for a supervisor/manager (Nathan) who I talked to. I told him the situation and the pizza I received my kids will not eat and wanted a refund just for the pizza I ordered and not the other items. He told me to bring it back, I’ve drove 11 miles away since this was the nearest Little Ceaser. Why would I drive back again and waste my time and gas??? Nathan was no help….Stay away from this location!!! Regardless...

I placed an order for an Alfa Sigma Phi fraternity college good bye party! The Little Cesars employee was kind, professional, and friendly over the phone. I arrived and had to park far out, I noticed the Little Cesars reserved parking spaces were all taken, I thought, "WOW, they're busy!" I went inside and nobody was inside! Typical selfish people! 😡 Regardless, I went in and the Little Cesars employee was friendly and asked If I needed anything extra....plates, spoons, forks, knives, parmesan cheese etc... I was impressed with customer service as most places...,its a thing of the past! I'd pay extra or drive further out for good service!

This Establishment is the GO to place for yummy pizza and various vittles without the CRAZY prices!!!

Food was awesome and beats the OTHER GUYS, Hands down!
