Subway — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Callie made my sandwiches in a hurry only person by herself around 930pm and there was a big line I asked her for two 6 inch flat bread sandwiches veggie delites... I asked for all veggies and mustard and sweet onion sauce. I then asked her to put more sweet onion sauce on it and she put more sweet onion plus more mustard...I didn't ask for more mustard. I took my sandwich back to her after she cleared the line and told her I wanted my money back because there was way too much mustard on it. She kinda didnt say anything to me but called her co worker Joe and said if I wanted him to scrape off the mustard. I said what? Are you serious? I said no I wanted my money back. It was late all I wanted to do was eat and go home because I have an early morning at the hospital. I just wanted to eat and go home simple as that. So he took forever trying to find my transaction even though we barely made the transaction. It was ridiculous. He was rude and she was rude. No I'm sorry about the inconvenience no nothing. He finally found our transaction and of course it was gonna take about a week to get back on my card! My family was upset so they told me to get a receipt for the voided transaction and I asked him for it and he threw the receipt at me. My husband and father got mad at him and he threatened to called the cops even though he was the one treating his customers like garbage! And threw the receipt at me!!! He also flipped my father off after my father asked for his name which was JOE. I then asked the girl CALLIE what her managers name was and she wouldn't tell me! She said you could call district. She was so rude! It was ridiculous. I've never has an experience like that before. Who even says "do you want me to scrape it off?" Instead of "oh I'm sorry can I remake this for you" I didn't get nothing from him! Ridiculous! Most horrible customer service I've ever had. Super disrespectful and horrid! I will never go...

Review for Subway on Stockdale Highway Beside Target

It’s been a while since I visited Subway, but I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, my experience at the Stockdale Highway location left me disappointed. Upon entering, I noticed a barrier preventing customers from seeing how much meat is being added to their sandwiches, which raised some concerns.

I ordered a 6-inch tuna on Italian and a 6-inch meatball on Italian. The tuna sandwich had only one small scoop of tuna, thinly spread over the bread. Speaking of the bread, it seems smaller and skinnier than before. The employee then added lettuce and mayo to the tuna. When it came to my meatball sandwich, I asked for onions, and he placed only three tiny pieces on it. When I requested more onions, I was told they are now limited to three pieces per sandwich. I offered to pay extra for more, but what shocked me even more was seeing the employee touch the trash can and then attempt to continue preparing my sandwich without changing gloves or washing his hands.

The portions are noticeably smaller, the quality has decreased, and yet the prices have gone up. My two sandwiches, with no drinks or sides, came to a total of $15. With this level of service and quality, it’s hard to imagine this location staying in...

OH MY GOD! HAIR IN THE COOKIES! So disgusting.🤮 I was so disappointed that they made our sandwiches wrong. Although I don’t know why I was, they always always make them wrong when you aren’t watching them make it! If you order online your sandwich is awful. They leave stuff off and the sandwich always looks like a mess. Bread was soggy and falling apart! It was just gross but it’s usually like that honestly, This Subway has gone wayyy downhill. But THEN the worst part…. There was hair in the cookies! It was so nasty like stuck in the cookie. Omg it was so gross. NOT JUST ONE PIECE OF HAIR BUT ALOT OF HAIR!!! Idk how you even get that much hair on a cookie accidentally unless you drop it on the floor and decide to give it to the customer afterwards anyways, or even worse it was baked into the cookies. Yuck Idk ….I will never go back to that place! That was so disgusting! 🤮 I wouldn’t eat there if I were you!!!! Thank God the cookie was broke in the bag and we saw the hair before eating it bc the cookie was going to my 6 year old! Come on Subway…. Do better, you’re loosing ALOT...
