Was reading the comments the day before..... was skeptical about it glad I went but my gut was telling me to give it a chance
Just because you're from a place where cleanliness isn't you're priority doesn't mean you need to slack off on it please TRAIN YOUR staff on cleaning instead of kicking back cause the walls woulda shoulda could've wiped down the walls 🧱 in the tables
I hope the owner is reading this, you. need to do something about the staff they don't care about this place and it's obvious that you don't at this point, I REALLLLLY love the place and the potential but damn .... the bar isn't a full bar but lots of choices remember your mix drinks when you go in people so they can make...
Read moreViceroy gets 5 stars from us for helping us celebrate our 16 year anniversary just right. Tonight was our first time here and they certainly delivered in atmosphere and flavors. The decor is very modern and the booth we sat at gave us some privacy, which is just what we wanted on such an occasion. Our waiter Leo was attentive and kind. The menu offers some dishes that are new to us, which is exciting because now we will definitely come back and try some more! For drinks we each went with Indian beers, Taj Mahal & Godfather. We ordered minced lamb samosas to start, which went perfectly with the traditional chutneys that were brought out. For our main course we chose the lamb rogan josh, chicken pistachio, basmati rice, and garlic naan. The flavors were authentically awesome. Chicken pistachio was new for us and it was so good! The heat ranges from mild to extra-spicy, we chose spicy (the heat was true to what I expected that spice level to be). Upon request the waiter brought out fresh chiles and onions, and some chad masala to sprinkle on top. Naan was warm & plentiful (we ate one with dinner and order another to-go). As I said before, we will definitely be...
Read moreThis is our second visit to the restaurant. Our 1st visit was several months ago. Both time we went for the lunch buffet. The 1st visit, the place was packed with customers and we had to wait to get a table. The food was great and fresh. The kitchen staff kept all the trays full with fresh cooked food all the time. Not this time, we went there about 1:00 pm. We got a table right away. More than 60% of the tables inside were empty. The buffet had 4+/- vegetarian dishes, 4+/- chicken dishes, 2 goat' dishes and 2 dessert dishes. We tried the vege. and chicken dishes. All of the trays were less than 1/2 full to almost empty. The food was cold. The chicken were very dry and not eatable. It seems they have been there for several hours and were never replaced with fresh ones. The veg. dishes were ok since they were drowned in cold sauce. Nothing was compared to our first visit. We were very disappointed. We thought this would be a good Indian dining to take our friends and family to, when they are in town. Unfortunately, this is not going...
