Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bakersfield

If i could give a half star i would. My server today at the Riverwalk store seemed like she was bothered i was askin her for my food. She was kind of just throwin it together and then rings it up and just asked for my money. Mind u i was standing there with cash in my hand waiting for a total. BUT NOTHING. Then when it came to giving me my change she just throws it on the counter. AGAIN MIND U i had my hand out waiting for my change she just drops in on the counter. Im like can u please at least put it on my hand. She goes oh i didnt see ur hand but she puts my money right in front of it. Im like how could u not see my hand there, if u paid more attention to ur customers u might have seen it. Then i said u might wanna learn better customer...

I know that we went very close to closing time within the last 40 minutes but the food was very cold and they did mess up on the order plus the pricing was a little steep but the customer service was absolutely rude and did not even want to give a utensil or straw. As well as had no change of any currency other than once and fives and it took about 15 minutes to get that bag from the clerk and there was very very minimal selection on drinks and food. And when they put a product on that we specifically ask not to have on there they just scraped it off and went on. I was absolutely disgusted on the entire service and food and I could not have any chips and guacamole because they said it was not available...

I had gone into the restaurant off of Stockdale not too long ago. And the woman behind the counter was kind of shocked that I asked how she was doing that day. I do Uber eats and we got into a conversation of just been overworked and tired. She was so understanding and generous that she even ended up paying for my meal. I don’t think she understood that the only money I had was for that meal. It was my only full meal I have had in weeks. I have a special-needs son and recently divorced and I’m just going through a hard time like everyone else. I have to say thank you to that sweet girl. Thank you so much for genuine generosity.
