McDonald's — Restaurant in Bald Knob

Literally ordered nuggets through the app. Went through the drive thru where your mouthy Anberline decided to act like I’m a total moron and get huffy and fast about the drive thru code. We are under a severe thunderstorm warning so service was slow electronically and at the drive thru. I tell her because she wants to get mouthy I’ll pull around to the drive up window. I do so. She still proceeds to have an attitude and act like this is just a whole inconvenience. Asks me if I want the receipt, I say yes and ask her name. Note it’s rained all down the inside of my car door.

Pull up to the second window where untrained Alex, with no beard or hairnet and a button undone on his collared shirt, looking like he was late to show for the shift from the get go, hands me my food. I ask if he’s the manager. With a smart attitude and smirk he says yes. I told him I don’t appreciate the way I had been treated by the previous employee. All he says is ok, ok, ok with a smart demeanor. I asked him if this is actually how he’s gonna handle the issue and he says yes. Asked for his name and he mouthily gave it to me. I don’t know who hires and promotes here, but this literally has deterred me indefinitely from coming to this location.

Ridiculous y’all literally hire these people. You need better training and better...

I used the McDonald's app to order the daily special. I have done this many times. It works, the food is predictable and the service is usually fast. I also get to pay with my stored card and it is super simple, Drive up, give them a code, get your food, drive off. I was trying to buy the daily special of a 10 pack of nuggets and get one for $0.29. They had spicy Mcnuggets on the app so I selected them. I also ordered a large drink. Simple right? Total cost like $5. I selected the 'no sauce' option for both orders. When I went to the drive threw to pick up the order, the problems began, I was told they don't have spicy nuggets at this store, and thus not availble. I was also told the daily deal was not available on Spicy Nuggets so they wanted to charge me full price on both orders of 10 nuggets. I cancelled the order and drove away with nothing. driving through in my way home, ordered curbside, one biscuit one coffee (frappe) waited in my spot for 20 minutes before I went inside to make sure everything was ok, there was one girl working the register, younger girl trying to get everything taken care of, very friendly and polite, older lady with short curly gray hair yelling in the back that she was ready to quit, she was angry when the girl at the counter told her I was inside and I needed the frappe, I waited another 5-7 minutes for her to make the frappe, she threw it in the counter I took it and left, I pulled out down the street and opened the bag to find my biscuit barely wrapped and broken in pieces, I get being frustrated and having a lot to do, but this lady needs to either take a week vacation to be replaced, she was rude to her workers and yelling at work shouldn't be acceptable, pick...
