My husband bought me the Quatro for Christmas and we have had some issue with it. We had issues with the ink cartridge that came in with the printer. He bought extra ink cartridges and we had issue with them as well. After finally getting to Chris a Supervisor, who was very helpful, he explained how to prime the ink cartridges and they finally work. Perhaps this information should be in the manual. My husband paid for the printer when he ordered it and then when they were ready to ship it they wanted him to provide his credit card number again. He went around with them for about a week before they agreed to ship it without him providing that info again. It didnt comes with the install cd/flashdrive and they want you to set up an on boarding call before using it. Which can only be scheduled during weekdays and normal business hours. After scheduling this with Robert, he wanted full access to my computer, when we refused he disconnected the call. Again Chris was able to help with the onboarding but i dont feel we should have had this many issues with something this expensive. I hope that now that I can use it I will be happier with it. The process however is difficult and the onboarding customer service is lacking. Thanks Chris...
Read moreI purchased almost $600 worth of goods from Inkedibles, including printer, edibles cartridges, spare cartridges, ink refills and edible paper. Unfortunately the package arrived very damaged, with faded /illegible labels, ripped packaging on one of the packs of paper, and missing cartridges. The missing cartridges meant that the printer did not work at all. As my order arrived damaged and incomplete could not use the printer for the occasion which it was purchased for. This was disappointing and I contacted Inkedibles with photos of the damage, and asking them to look into this. To date I have not heard anything from them, and now feel worried that I have wasted a lot of money with this order.
I would like to add that Inkedibles did eventually replace the damaged and missing items, after I'd contacted them a few times. They sent them without charging for postage. The colors not coming out like they should, trying to understand the error messages, etc. I had multiple issues along the way but I have to say I have had the best service with Robert Williams. He has put up with me through all the issues and complaints I have made. He has truly helped me through every error and guiding me in getting my issues resolved every time. He has sent me numerous links to help me better understand the machine and what I have to do to get it done right. He has helped me order items that I need and they were delivered promptly.
