Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

Awesome customer service and Pizza. Last year I made a review and gave it 2stars because my pizza was delivered missing cheese and it was cold. I'm guessing it's a different manager or tem because I've continued to buy pizzas and I order from them pretty often. I ordered a pizza this past Saturday night. I ordered online and it was taking a while to be delivered so I called. The guy who answered the phone was really nice and apologized for my pizza taking too long. He said the driver was about to deliver it. I am not upset on it taking the time it did. I used to work at Little Caesars and I know how busy pizza places can get especially late night during the weekend. Plus it was raining pretty hard so realistically for everyone's safety I expect the delivery time to take longer since the roads are wet.

I got my pizza and it was a warm not hot but for me it was perfect because when it's too hot you can burn yourself. Anyways the pizza was delicious it also looked good. Toppings and cheese looked like a picture perfect pizza.

Someone their went out of their way to make things right and I was extremely surprised and appreciate them for caring for the customers. They didn't have to make it up to me I was happy with the pizza I got but they did. Service is becoming horrible. I ordered pizza at 2100hrs. 9pm And I'm across the street from dominos at Little Caesars picking up my pizza. It's 2233pm 10:33pl. Online it showed my pizza was done @9:45pm I called twice, first time they hung up when they picked up the phone. Didn't even hear a hi or anything. Second, time I spoke to someone they said things are running slow. I understand that. But I asked if my food was still going to be fresh or can I pick it up. Then I was told pick up is closed okay. But my food was done 15min before they closed. Then I still asked so my food was going to be fresh. Then I was put on hold without being asked. And then my call was cancelled or hung up. I called them back at 10:29. To cancel my order since I know it wasn't going to be fresh or even there anytime soon. Horrible just horrible. I even asked to get an email. For the review. Still...

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in my pizza history and I like Italian the manager of this establishment should be fired

Ordered delivery app shows 40 mins pizza takes 3 hrs I literally drove down their to get my own order when I got theor they didn't even start making it had to wait another half hr cuse it was just thrown in the oven....finally is finishes pizza is burned and we're not happy my whole family was upset and I think I should get a refund or something

And I wasn't the only one their totally crowded employees very unorganized

Shame on each and everyone of u fire all of ur employees at this establishment rethink ur organization and maybe people would be happy

Employees did not apologize or offer any sort of discount or refund shame on this restaurant

Oohhhh and that's right basically stole from us I did my own delivery I want my delivery fee back ur company...
