Standing around waiting for customer service or to at least being adknowledged i started to notice things. The first ants on the counter where a tray of yogurt was sitting, brought it up to the employee (first sign of acknowledgement or interaction)she moved in about 3 inches away🤦♂️. After she said she'd help us in a minute. Standing around for another couple minutes seen a fly buzzing around a person's food as well as another one near by. After standing around for another 5 minutes the young lady finally said I can help you over at the order yourself kisok which I know how to use but all I was ordering was a soda so she walked over to the register and helped me there. Had she asked or acknowledged the customer when they stood in front of the counter when she seen them she could have saved both us time. This place expects people to use the kisok and won't even make eye contact with you as if you can miss the huge 6 foot 2 300 pound giant standing right in front of you🤷♂️. Very unsatisfied with this place even the management doesn't make eye contact or interaction with the customer. I'm not gonna stop coming in here cause the bad experience I'm gonna come in here more often til they get it right. If they keep up the poor customer service I'll keep complaining to corporate. I go into an establishment that wasn't even busy and at the counter they tell me I have to order at the kiosk. I'm paying cash so after dealing with this computer I have to csll a guy over to help me and then go back to the counter to pay. Then while im sitting there eating, I hear every conversation the employees are having loudly and it non work related. Talking about tequila and getting drunk at the beach on Saturday.
