Unfortunately from being my go to WaBa will NOT be coming back here again. My fiancée and I were coming here to eat yesterday. We like to order online (for our American Express credits) and dine in so our food is warm. I rush in to go to the bathroom because it’s an emergency and notice the bathroom is locked. I go ask the employee and he says “no because it’s policy I have to buy something first. And apparently I had ignored him when walking in.” I had no idea I had to make a public announcement that I was going to use the bathroom. My fiancee gets upset because he knows how much I had to use the restroom. So we shrug and decide we want to take our money elsewhere and not buy food here anymore because the employee was rude. He goes on a rant about how people say they are going to buy something but they don’t and use the restroom. I was quick to notice he ASSUMED we were not going to buy food and after trying to explain why we order online (for our deals) he still didn’t get it. The employee starts to say people dirty the bathrooms and they have to clean up, which makes me feel he was discriminating how they pick and choose who has access to their restrooms. Bathroom sign says “for customers only.” And I as a loyal customer felt betrayed to have been denied the bathroom in an emergency. If employees are going to be rude I think they should not have public bathrooms available if they want to discriminate which customers they let into the bathrooms. (So if I want to order online does that not make me a customer?) Even though the employee was rude, I’m more annoyed of management for this issue. These policies are turning loyal customers away and employees explaining bathroom vandalism is irrelevant. Let me use the bathroom and wash my hands before I want to order and eat my food! I won’t be coming back again, and yesterday’s situation sucked because we had drove out of our way to come here. We ended up going to Main Express next door to eat because of the rude employee, and we had a way better customer experience there. Waba employee expressed he did not care about us not coming back, so you bet I won’t be coming back. Poor customer service will never make me want to...
Read moreThe food was great, and service as well. But I didn't know that every Waba Grill was different when it comes to what or how to prepare their orders.. And is my first time going to this Location and I get my Dinner 4 to 4 times a week from a Waba Grill. But on this Location they would not allow me to Order up the Usual a Chiken veggie/tofu Bowl with just the chicken in top of just half of Veggies and half tofu since I don't eat any type of rice. But yes in the other Waba Grills I been to..... Anyhow... just that, that I end up getting a extra order on the...
Read moreI walked in at their Baldwin Park location at 9:25pm doors were opened, business hours online says closes at 10pm but their business hours posted on window says 9pm. The young black girl wearing glasses was very rude as I had just opened the door, shouted "closed twice" as i was trying to speak, but the doors were unlocked. That is not safe protocols for thier employees and/or a business. False advertising hours, unprofessional & very rude. I will not be coming to this...
