Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ballwin

Ordered from this location plenty of times and received the pizza but never received any kind of adequate or even respectful customer service. My most recent order didn't properly use the online delivery tracker and because of that I couldn't answer my door before they got here.

I rely on the tracker since I'm a night shifter and order my pizzas at night. I need to keep my household asleep since the delivery drivers knock like it's the freaking police so I always wait outside once it says it's on the way. I have done this for the last 3 years of my life.

This time they knocked... loudly like they always do when the tracker said nothing more then just "We have received your order." And so my household woke up and flung itself into chaos. My kid started crying, dog started barking, wife woke up, etc.

I called the pizza hut that delivered and asked to speak to a supervisor who gave me the greatest BS I have ever received in my life. "I've been working here 20 years and I didn't even know pizza hut had a delivery tracker." I laughed from pure frustration and told him that there isn't any way that's true. He stuck to his ruse and I just told me that I had stated my complaint and that was it.

Pizza hut if your not going to handle customer service properly then perhaps it's time to stop and give the task of delivery to the new generation such as Doordash, Grubhub, etc. since you can't handle customers or apparently...

Call center representative rude. Order was delivered incorrect despite receipt was correct. Called x2 to call center regarding order delivered was incorrect. Representative hung up abruptly twice with intent. She was rude, unprofessional and more than willing to escalate the situation to an unfriendly unfavorably confrontation. Call of course ended when representative hung up abruptly. Incorrect food delivered was not edible for my grandchildren as the sauce on the chicken is too spicy. We requested NO sauce. Eureka location is wonderful to work with. The staff are wonderful, food delivered accurately and hot. The representatives on phone are always the best. Next time I watch my grandchildren we will choose something other than Pizza Hut Ellisville/ Manchester. So Pizza Hut just tried to deliver a remake of the original order of wings and pizza correctly for grandchildren and would you believe the were charging me again for the second delivery!!!! So over this...

I work at a company just off 270 and Manchester, and the stuffed crust meat lovers pizza from Pizza Hut is one of my favorite pizzas. This past Wednesday, a coworker & I were planning to have lunch, and I was craving Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, the Pizza Hut location in Des Peres (which we are in delivery range for) is temporarily opening at 4 pm due to being short staffed, and we are out of delivery range for both other locations (Ballwin being one of them) that weren't too far away. However, the management and staff at this Pizza Hut (in Ballwin) went above and beyond. Since they weren't slammed when they opened, they made the pizzas for myself and my coworker and delivered them promptly at noon. Needless to say, many thanks were given, and I made sure the driver received a very substantial tip. You guys made our day, and your willingness to help says a lot about the wonderful people you are. Thank you so very much, and I hope you have a wonderful rest...
