American Wings & Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

This had nothing to do with the Food it Taste GREAT... It's the People who worked on 7/25 at night they were very Unprofessional and rude. Had Me on hold the first time for 8 minutes and 16 seconds then I was on hold again for another 4 mins 47 seconds. Who ever worked that night she was Truly RUDE she Yelled at Me and put me back on hold a third time at this point I just hung up and reached out you y'all... I didn't even eat dinner I was sooo aggravated. This experience made me want to call those I know that eat here with Us on a regular and let them know about what I've experienced from your phone person. I didn't because it's not your fault she was Rude. Disrespectful and very Unprofessional... It's soo hard to find GREAT Food and I'm Sooo in Love with Your Honey Old Bay Wings! I just ask to not allow this Woman to take orders she leaves you customers on Hold way to long.. Thank you for listening from The Poetry Team...

The only reason I am giving this review 3 stars is because the food is actually good BUT the delivery driver Omar Cisse was very rude!!! He rushed me to come get my food from him as soon as he arrived in my area but wasnt even at my door. He parked up the street from my address and waited until I walked to his car to get out and give me my pizza. I tipped for this bad service??? If I ask for my food delivered I want it to be delivered to my HOUSE, and to my DOOR not up the street. I could've just walked to you guys and skipped the delivery fee he then went on about he's worked there for years so nobody is gonna fire him. That's not good for business. Your basically saying your employer won't fire you because yall are friends. Ugh let me take away a star. Now...

Since I was visiting my friend who lives close to this place, we ordered some wings after reading the reviews. We decided to just order the wings at the store and bring them back so we can eat them fresh. I read an article about fried chicken and it said the chicken gets ruined when it gets steamed during the delivery. And many reviews said they too long for the delivery so we decided to get up off the sofa and just get the food ourselves. The wings were excellent. I have tried wings from all over the country and these stand up with the best, and it is local pizza parlor. The downside is that this is a takeout place but when you get the opportunity get the wings. You wont be...
