Baltimore Taphouse — Restaurant in Baltimore

Great neighborhood bar. My husband and I stopped by on the way to the Patterson dog park. It was memorial day and as veterans we both got a free beer - Yay! Other patrons there were really nice, a few more veterans as well. Shaynena, our bar tender was very nice and we had a good visit. There are lots of TVs to watch sports and they were playing a movie as well. No food here but they do serve pretzels and cheese puffs. This review is long overdue, went to Baltimore for the Ravens-Steelers game last year (we lost smh) but the trip was amazing and Baltimore is beautiful. My friend and I stopped here and I got the mushroom cheesesteak which was so dang good that i think about it everyday. We went early in the afternoon on a Monday so we were about the only people there, but the service nonetheless was amazing. Good corner bar to have a quiet beer with a few people. The beer selection is expansive and always changing, and prices are extremely competitive. I wouldn't call Taphouse a nightlife spot, but it is a fun place where locals can come and enjoy themselves. There is a pool table in the back, and they have a selection of party games if you are looking for entertainment. Bartenders are real nice and knowledgeable about the beers they sell.
