Nothing against the flavors of ice creams. The reason i am not giving five stars is due to the service that was provided. It was two employees who were working and giving an attitude all cause we (3 of us) came 25 minutes before closing, not 10 but 25. They were huffing and puffing as if we were a pain in their butts. One of the employee started to mop the floor and huffed when i accidentally stepped on the area she mopped. So not professional. So not welcoming. She basically ignored us and kept mopping so angerily. The guy who was serving us ice cream took forever take our order even though we were standing looking at him and than he passive aggressively scooped our ice cream. I was so excited for the ice cream but the service ruined the excitement of...

Getting to and from the Baltimore Peninsula is an absolute nightmare. I won’t hold that against Ben and Jerry’s. What I will hold against them is the terrible service and the lack luster product I was served for $19. I got two double scoops of ice cream that were served in a cup. The two scoops were the size of a BMore Licks sample. Absolutely...
