I had the misfortune of visiting this store, and I must say, it was by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that something was seriously wrong with the atmosphere in this establishment. The most glaring issue was the behavior of the employees, particularly the lady at the cashier. Her attitude was not only disrespectful but downright racist. I witnessed her openly mocking a customer's accent, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive. It was shocking to see such blatant discrimination taking place in a supposedly reputable store. What made matters even worse was her complete lack of respect when one of the managers tried to intervene and defuse the situation. Instead of showing any remorse or willingness to correct her behavior, she continued to run her mouth, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and the values of common decency. It's disheartening to think that such behavior is tolerated within this store. In this day and age, it's crucial for businesses to promote inclusivity, respect, and professionalism among their employees. Sadly, this store failed on all fronts, and I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to think twice. I have never felt the need to write a negative review before, but my experience at this store was so appalling that I felt compelled to share it with others. Read moreI Was there on Sunday, June 8, 2025 after church and I wanted to go try something on in the fitting room and the young lady Isalymm was a little rude as if she didn't want to be there working. Apparently, she is supposed to give you a number of some sort to place outside of your dressing room which she failed to do but when I was done she asked me for the number and I asked her what number was she talking about and she then tells me I was given a number outside of the fitting room and I went back doing her job to double check and I told her I wasn't given a number her attitude and disposition was so rude she then said don't worry about it with an attitude when all I did was tell her that she didn't give me a number. She then was a little combative in a sarcastic nice nasty rude way which I clearly picked up on as she went back and forth with me! My suggestion is to give her a verbal warning and train her a little more on customer service although this may take some time with her given the fact I'm sure she's young and doesn't care for being there but I suggest she learns really quickly how to become a...

My husband and I decided to try this one as our last shopping experience in the states before catching our flight from Baltimore to Germany for a military move. All I can say is WOW. This location must get constantly robbed or something strange is going on. The loss prevention team stared and followed us around and were very obviously fake shopping from the time we stepped in the store. We were so uncomfortable and confused. It was the strangest shopping experience I’ve ever had. Very off putting. The store is very clean and organized, but if I was local I’d never shop in there again.
