Vivid Nails — Local services in Baltimore

NOT THE SAME AS WHAT I WANTED! So I walk in and before I sit down I ask the lady if she can do ombré nails and I even showed here a picture of what I wanted and she says that she can do it no problem. I was there for 3 hours just for my nails not to look like what I wanted. The didn’t look ombré just two sections of color. I asked if I could have a little bit of gold glitter and she packs the glitter on to try and hind that the “ombré” was messed up as if I wasn’t going to notice. Other places I got this done only took a hour max not 3 hours. I still paid for them because at that point I was to tired to yell about it. She have just been honest with me and said that she didn’t know how to do ombré nails I would have chosen something really simple like all black nails with gold glitter. I really shouldn’t have paid for them and told her to take them off but I was there for too long as it was and I didn’t want to be there any longer. You're always greeted when you walk in. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for service. There's only street parking but it's not scarce. Hours are 10a-8p mon thru Saturday.
