Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

On Wednesday, March 27th (around 3pm), my daughter and I stepped into your café located at 7002 A Reisterstown Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215. We’ve been there many times before and made purchases. We had even been there earlier on that day (around 11:30am).

This time, we bought two hot chocolates. With us, we had two pastries and decided to snack on them. Apart from us, there was no one else present.

Suddenly, one of your employees emerged from behind the counter and rudely demanded that we leave, right out into the rain. He didn’t even allow us to finish our drinks that we had just bought from your establishment.

Instead of politely asking us to put away our pastries and continue enjoying our hot chocolates, he unceremoniously kicked us out. It was a despicable and heartless act. We suffered both emotionally and physically. He humiliated me in front of my daughter, treating us as if we were vagabonds.

I am considering legal action against your company for this...

I ordered 2 iced coffees and bagels today through the drive thru. They conformed my order. Get to the window and it's hot coffees. When I told him it was supposed to be iced coffees. The employee had the never to roll his eyes and dump the hot coffee over ice. The bagels were messed up so I went inside. The employee came and got the bagels with the same attitude he had at the window. He came back and handed me the bagels. The cream cheese on the bagel was slimy. When we called to speak with the manager. He just yells at you and is ignorant. This is supposed to be a kosher dunkin. That cheese was not kosher at all. Expired product is not kosher. The bagels were so hard. I threw everything away and called corporate. They forwarded my complaint to the owner of this franchised location and said they will be in contact with us. I will update once I speak...

I use to love to come here when it was on other side of parking lot. The people was a lot more friendly and treated all people not Jewish men and women and Spanish everyone that spends money..Since relocating I've seen one manager curse and scream at youngn black boys making them leave before completing order before they come. I have also been treated like I'm going to steal or even they all are rude only nice respectful to Spanish maybe because that's all that work there and Jewish. Super unprofessional The store is definitely located in area mix community with all types of different people and I work hard for my money to spend at a place I love but disrespect me at the sametime..
