Flame Japanese Hibachi — Restaurant in Baltimore

Too good to be true... Ordered online, picked up the food. I had a thought that the food was smelly, but chalked it up to it being the "smell of the hibachi" and went home to eat. My partner had extra hibachi chicken and noodles, I ordered the chicken &shrimp with fried rice and mixed veggies. She opened up the chicken and noodles and it smelled rancid. You know when you smell rotten food and it smells you back? Makes you feel like this is what food poisoning smells like? Well that's what it smelled like. She ate a few bites and 5 minutes later threw it up. I smelled my plate and her plate and hers was putrid. We both ordered chicken so figured it was the noodles. Went back to the restaurant and the manager refused to remake the food unless we paid for it again. Then I asked for a refund and he said he can't bc I ordered online. Literally asked everyone in the store to smell the food and they said it doesn't smell good. The manager smelled it and said it was fine. Absolutely ridiculous. He argued back why we need to pay and why we can't get a refund and we simply asked him to remake the food. It's not my fault y'all decided to serve old noodles. They smelled awful! I was very very hungry after ripping and running to all those social service offices I looked on Google for a place to eat with good reviews I read the reviews the newest reviews and they were good as well I came in You can smell the food being cooked from the street the cashier is extremely awesome and nice I don't know his name but he has a beard lol and some bracelets lol And all the guys behind the wall cooking the food made it absolutely great my son got boneless buffalo wings and fries and those were not what we expected they were so delicious and hot and fresh and very good and I got the chicken teriyaki with vegetables and fried rice and that is also good as well but I want to come back for the chicken tenders and the...
