Subway — Restaurant in Baltimore

This is the worse subway that I've been to. I wanted the seafood sensation and the portion the girl tried to serve me was old and dry. When I asked if they had another container her co worker said no that one is fresh if you don't want it that's your problem...not only was the customer service rude from the employee that was NOT helping me she also answered the phone with gloves on and when she ended the conversation she went back to making a sandwhich using the SAME gloves in addition the food...

I normally shop at this location because I work near by. Well this morning after I brought a sandwich for my lunch a coworker told me not to eat anything from there because when she was there two days ago she saw roaches crawling on top of the counter . This was the second time a coworker ( a different one) had saw dirty un clean conditions at this location. I should have listened the first time.Both incidents both occured early before 8:30 Am Beware it might look clean...

I do not usually have problems at this location. The only problem is have is one of the workers by the name of SOLTAN does not change his gloves. I be having to tell him to change his gloves before prepping my meal. It’s human decency to not cross contaminate.
