Goldies Seafood East — Restaurant in Baltimore

I wanna give this particular location 5 stars so bad but lately I’m not sure what’s going on or if there even still open for business at this location. Every single time that I have gone there within the last month and a half the restaurant has been closed . Mind you I’ve tried different times with hopes of catching them open for business to no avail. Rude staff, over charged me for scrambled eggs. The menu clearly states $3 and I was charged $4.24. It also came with a bug in it and the staff refused to accept responsibility and blamed me for "standing in the corner" and that's how the bug ended up INSIDE the scrambled eggs....
