So bad. Ordered food and never got it. Over an hour wait. Four year old left crying in the street because there’s no one to talk to. Avoid if you like receiving food that you order. Update: the restaurant replied below but haven’t responded to my many attempts to contact them through their official website, contact form, or socials. I also placed my order directly through their website, not a third party app, so don’t think that will help you. Lastly, the restaurant I ordered from has an Insta post from a month ago saying they’re closed, but I was somehow able to order food on the restaurants website. Horrible customer service. We did not receive any silverware with our bowl, and we waited 30 MINUTES for someone to finally come out and give us some. We were not alone. Calls to customer service did nothing, as they couldn’t reach the people actually in the back either. Food was good, but if something goes wrong with your order, you’re SOL.

Update a month later: Tried this place again because it’s across the street from Peabody Heights. Food was super late, and someone came out to deliver the order and had no idea what we had. Wings were good, fries were cold. This place isn’t getting any more...

This place is not good at the times they post , got here says 3 min wait, then it changed to 13 mins. They don’t have enough help here, if you’re a driver come here check in and go out and do other deliveries until u get a text telling u it ready. But once I learn the restaurant brands here I will never take orders from here , only good thing here is the music only reason I gave two stars …meanwhile...
