Didn’t stop in for beer. Sunny, beautiful day. Was in area, saw people on back patio seated at tables, heard happy chatter. Decided to take a look for lunch. Open door was inviting, so I walked in. Signed Covid contact registry. Very clean and organized interior. Bit dark with lighting.
Food truck provided service out back. I was not interested in fast food or something I can get through drive through so I was ecstatic to see the menu. I ordered 1/4 rack ribs, 2 sides—fries, collard greens. All for $13! Cook guy and lady who took order couldn’t have been more friendly, I felt as if I were in the South again. The cook/server handed off my order, said Thank you, added something nice, and delivered the hefty food container, utensils and plenty of napkins. I hustled out of there to my car, the aroma of ribs and collards instantly infusing my car interior. Well. I couldn’t eat a rib while driving, ate all the tasty fat, hot fries sprinkled w salt n pepper. Poke my finger into a hot rib. Ribs were the chargrilled sauce type with sauce grilled not added after cooking. The best method for me. Smelled scrumptious, looked scrumptious, and judging from the poke taste and the moistness of the pinch taste, they were scrumptious. I was skeptical about the greens when I saw them on the menu. Delightful surprised when I pinched some greens from the container. What?! Mm-mm-mm good. Couldn’t believe it. Luck! I inhaled the greens and ribs when I got home, saved a rib and bit of greens for next day. The ribs were tender, juicy, crispy and every bite flavorful. Ribs and greens tasted like...
Read morePeabody Heights Brewery is hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had, not just in Baltimore, but anywhere.
We rolled in from New York with three cars deep, excited to check out the brewery we kept hearing about. The beer? Outstanding. Bold, balanced, and brewed with obvious care. The space? It has this relaxed, organic vibe that makes you feel like you’re part of something special the moment. Pinball room touch!
But what really makes this place unforgettable is the people. Specifically, Eddie.
Our trip hit a major snag. One of the cars broke down and we needed tools to make an emergency repair. We were stuck, and it could have easily ruined the day. Eddie saw what was happening, stepped up without hesitation, found the tools we needed, and helped us get back on the road. That kind of generosity is rare.
Peabody Heights isn’t just serving incredible beer. They’re building a community. We came for the drinks, but thanks to Eddie, we’ll remember this place for the kindness and heart.
Do yourself a favor and visit. This brewery is a Baltimore treasure.
Thank you, Peabody Heights. And thank you, Eddie. You didn’t just help us out. You made our weekend.

Read moreWent to this place during a raffle event and the drinks were good. The main take away however was the service. The people working behind the bar flat out seem like they didn’t want to even see a human. I wanted to play some arcade games so I exchanged a bill for quarters and didn’t get my quarters from the machine. Their sign on the machine said to talk to those behind the bars if you have any issues with the machine which I did. When I told them of the error I had, they told me there was nothing they could do about it and claimed they didn’t have access to the keys to their own change machine… at the least the place could’ve gave me another raffle ticket or a drink to at least show that they cared or something small but they just gave me the look of “I don’t want to be here and do not care for what you got to say to me.” I get not everyone loves their job but at least try to show a pulse of care as a human being like most businesses. Like I legit was robbed of my money from their business and they “couldn’t do anything about it”. Can they not slightly compensate on behalf of the business? No, they can’t. If you’re coming in for a drink, keep it to...
