Since I moved to Baltimore City kings pizza has been my ultimate go to location. the first time I ever ordered it I knew that my never-ending craving for pizza would be in line with this restaurants capacity and abilities. I order from Kings three to four times a week. I'm frustrated!! I rated 5 Star a month-and-a-half ago butts since my last three orders have all been brought to me wrong or missing something I have to turn it to a one star. The ladies that work the front and answer the phone are spot-on and I have zero complaints about either of the two that I've dealt with over the last few months. But when you order the same thing three times a week it's disheartening that after a 12-hour workday it comes to you incorrect. I then called 2 inform them about the last few mess-ups and that it's no big deal but I just wanted him to be aware of it for future. I was given a $10 credit which I told them was not necessary that I just enjoy their food and just would like it delivered and made correctly. Tonight I called only to be initially greeted and then listen to a 10-minute conversation about a co-worker's knee brace and ability to get a ride home. Finally when he returned to the phone I asked for their family meal which I have ordered many of times only to be told the price without asking what I would like on my wings how I would like my pizza and is there any other things or input about the transaction. It was the last straw for me with kings pizza. The last three deliveries wrong the credit which was not honored at t last order and the absolute unprofessional way I was talk to when trying to spend $40 at their establishment which I do 3 times a week. I enjoy other shops Pizza but I am very loyal and easy to please when I find a restaurants that I enjoy I make sure that they are my one and only spot. I know maybe $120 is not going to make or break kings pizza and I hope this comment does not deter any business their way. But it's my only way of being able to communicate to the business on a larger stand due to the fact that obviously over the phone is not compatible. I wish kings pizza all the best and my ladies up front every time you sell a New Yorker and a caesar salad think...

Today when I called to place my order a child answered phone. I gave him my order with modification request acknowledging I was OK with the up charge. The child informed me that the order was fine and when the order would be ready for pick up. I received a call back from Chris, the cook, informing me that he refuses to make my order with the requested modifications and that I could either take it the way it is or not. He was extremely hostile, unprofessional, combative and aggressive. He aggressively told me “you can either take it how it is or not at all”. I have been a regular customer for over a year now however; Chris low class and unprofessional display has tarnished my previous positive experiences. When I called back, the child answered again I asked to speak to a manager. The child informed me he was the manager. When I asked the child if he was the manager, why would he allow his cook to tell the customer what they would and would not prepare that was approved by he “the manager”. The child obviously realized playtime was over and placed me on hold to speak to the actual manager. Chris the cook needs to be immediately fired and the child reprimanded. Chris employment at this establishment is cancerous, toxic and needs to be cut out immediately.
This was literally the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Stephanie the manager was so kind and professional when I called with questions because this was my first time ordering from Kings. The wings were a nice size and flavorful. The cheesesteak sub was incredible. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Thank you Stephanie for such an amazing experience. This is now my go to pizza...
Read moreEdit: Disregard this review. They took a hard nose dive downward and we have stopped ordering from them. The pizza is now consistently terrible. They put almost no meat in the subs. They will get your order wrong in some way. They are in the final stage of mediocre pizza/sub shop. They desperately start cutting as many costs as possible, quality goes down even further, they lose more business, then finally they disappear. They are in a downward spiral now that there's little chance of escaping. Just skip them.
They're kinda a hot mess but there's a charm to it. They've got maybe the best delivery pizza in town but that's more because most of the pizza in Hampden is bad. It's serviceable though and if you want something non-traditional, the Philly cheese steak pizza is actually pretty awesome. They also have great subs and the Western fries are perfect. Seriously, someone here put a lot of time on these best western fries. It shows and we appreciate it.
Sometimes they are insanely fast and sometimes they're insanely slow and sometimes they don't see your order and aren't even doing deliveries. The service is inconsistent BUT they're incredibly nice so I generally cut them some slack. Despite the occasional problem, they're our go-to in the...
