Pull into parking lot and there is a car idling by the entrance, somewhat impeding direct foot traffic from my spot and likely a nuisance to drive through customers. Don't totally expect employees to police this as it's outside, maybe not visible, and they could be busy. Won't fault them for this.
Upon entering it was clear this location was quite filthy. Napkins, straw wrappers, etc. on the floor, counters, tables, etc. Doesn't look like floors or tables have been cleaned in a long time. Maybe not even that day, but who am I to know the throuput or clientele of this location. I digress. So I go to the digital order screens and both are marked as down/broken, so I cannot order ahead or without going to the counter.
I get in line. I'm second in line and the person ahead of me was arguing or haggling about how much something cost, etc. Whatever it was the employee seemed to handle it fine, but then walked to back room and left me standing there at the counter.
Now I can see into the kitchen and there are people literally standing around doing nothing. The ones working are doing so at a sloth-like pace. I waited probably around 4-5 minutes. I was being courteous and waiting, assuming I'd get service soon. Meanwhile, drive through seems to be getting basically 100% of the attention, with several cars clearing the drive through window while I'm waiting, clearly visible and standing right at the counter clearly ready to order.
During my wait another lady enters and queues behind me. She also waits in line with me, maybe 2-3inutes of it, and finally had the audacity to come up and yell into the kitchen if anyone was going to serve us. Finally, an employee who I believe was doing nothing beforehand comes to service the interior dining queue.
I order a bacon, egg, and cheese on biscuit. I got the meal and asked for an orange juice instead of coffee. That apparently changed the price of the meal because it was upgraded to a medium without informing me of any pricing differences or that it could be the same price if the drink was a small. Instead they just automatically swapped it with the more expensive medium OJ.
Food took a little bit longer than I'd expect it to, given the seeming number of employees and speed of drive through service, but I eventually get my food and it's at least hot. Sit down to eat. It was as expected, not expecting much from McDonalds, just the quick, easy, acceptable mediocrity desired at the moment. Amount and size of bacon was still anemic to even those expectations, though. Hash brown was solid as they typically are from McDonald's.
During my entire visit there was a man dining with a dog inside. Not sure if this is allowed by the company or franchiser. It definitely was not a service animal and was not behaving well, trying to walk around and occasionally barking. At least it was on a least, but all the man was doing way laying it on the floor and keeping a foot on it... Sometimes. Employees did not say or do anything about this.
Overall this store needs improvement, at the very least their employee base and training. I would not go to this location again unless absolutely necessary. I'd search for another location or alternative businesses if in need of food and in...

Update: I’ve been to at least 350+ McDonalds in my life as a truck driver and this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I live in Baltimore now and come here twice a day four days a week for the last six months. This is by far the slowest one I’ve ever been too. I wait an avg of 12 minutes for my food every single time and they constantly forget out you or half your order. The longest I've had to wait is 18 minutes. The Frappe machine is broke literally half the time. You always have remind them you ordered a Frappe because the person who rang you up never reminds she did and does fallow protocol. They are supposed to make it before they take the next person up. The Fish Fillets are consistently hard as a rock and a lot of times the bread too. They need to hire more people. And this is a very ghetto McDonald's. There are always people dealing drugs hear and pills. The bathroom rarely has toilet paper and smells disgusting. It would be nice if McDonald's was a sanctuary from the streets of Baltimore but this McDonald's is Baltimore and gross. The tables aren't wiped correctly so there is always barbecue sauce stuck on it and they are sticky.
Also it says on here and on their door they close at 11pm on Sundays but the door is locked at 9:52pm on a Sunday. This is the second time this has happened to me. This McDonald's says 24/7. This might just mean for the drive threw but they don't fallow their indoor hours.
Update:
Months later they are still the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. They also forget what you order or will bring out your sandwich then you'll wait eight minutes to get your Frappe and by that time your sandwich is cold. The Wifi is still unusably slow. There is never any toilet paper. There is nowhere to charge your phone. This McDonald's gives McDonalds a bad name. Every single thing I've mentioned in this review is consistent it happens consistently all the time these are just one off instances. I can't begin to deserve the hell this McDonald's have put m through. This is what happens when you hire ratchet employees and don't hire enough people working. And there is absolutely no reason to have a line 17 people ling with one register open. I'm a McDonald's connoisseur, this is literally the worst McDonald's in the whole country, it should be shut down.
I don't know where this review received three stars from because this is a one star establishment through and through. I eat here at least five days a week because it's the only McDonald's or brown and the food is affordable. And there are constantly people selling pills and drugs in the eating space. There is also loud people people yelling and getting in arguments hitting their kids yelling at their kids. The tables are always nasty...
Read moreWe got into the drive through where there was only 1 car in front of us and none behind us, we ordered and then The lady didn’t tell us our total and cleared it off of the screen and then proceeded to no longer talk to us. We pulled forward to the first window and the lady asked us if we had ordered two egg McMuffins, which we had and we said yes. Then we got charged and I tried to read the receipt that was almost completely unable to be read, and we were handed food that was a lot more than what we had asked for, and it was not the right stuff. I simply told them that it wasn’t our food and it was probably another person behind us. The lady came back to the window and had an attitude about it, and they repeatedly asked us what we ordered, which was a very simple order of two number twos one with a large Dr Pepper and one with a Hershey’s Frappuccino and like we were inconveniencing the whole day by telling them we got charged too much and we didn’t get the right food. Normally, this would be fine. They had zero hospitality and acted like it was somehow our fault that we got given the wrong food and paid for it. And they even asked us if we didn’t notice the person leaving the line in front of us that had ordered the food that we had been given and paid for, no I wasn’t paying attention to a car left in front of us, but that shouldn’t be on your customer. You should simply just be like I’m sorry here’s your food. Let me take this charge of your card. But instead, they acted like it was somehow our fault that we didn’t, notice it before even though they asked us was did we have two McMuffins. All in all zero...
