Husband and I decided to try place because they were participating in Restaurant Week and we've never been here. Husband made a 7pm reservation and we arrived at 6:46pm. A lady behind the bar said she w0uld be with us shortly. At 6:56 that same lady came and asked if she could help us and my husband told her we have a 7pm reservation. This lady then tells us that she will take us to our table at exactly 7pm. I'm thinking Ok maybe it's crowded but also thinking wow 4 minutes I'd not going to make a difference especially since your leaving multiple people sitting at the door. At 7:02pm, she was late, walked us to our table which was literally 10 ft behind the check in podium...empty. Why make us wait 4 minutes then. Anyway we ordered our food and drinks. Sadly they didn't have Grand Marnier, Husband got a Heineken. Food was good but they have a poor "sides" selection. We both ordered 16oz NY strip with lump crab cake. The salad I ordered tasted old and wilted. The tomatoe, lettuce, cucumber, and large white onion slice was disgusting. Even though the experience was not what we expected, we will return for the awesome steak! We just won't dine in.

I recently visited the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday with her friend and my 2 kids (age 5 and below). I order NY strip and crabmeat, my wife had filet mignon, her friend had lamp chops and the kids had shrimps and filet from the kids menu. We ordered medium done steak (filet mignon and NY strip). After about 30mins, the food was out. NY strip was barely grilled/cooked and not properly seasoned, the filet Mignon had blood oozing from it and on the steak even without cutting !!!! We had it returned to the kitchen but it made a little difference when it was returned. I managed to eat mine rare, my wife boxed her food and took it home cos it was still blood in it and it was still very rare. The fries tasted horrible like it was made from stale oil. We trashed the fries when we returned home. $34 gratuity was not worth a dime. I would have paid the same in a more fancy restaurant downtown. I will remember this restaurant for ruining my wife's birthday dinner. Don't be deceived by the size of the steak, I won't recommend this restaurant.

I don't want a leave a bad rating for a privately owned restaurant. Hence the 5☆. They work hard. But damn. Here what experienced. At first was amazed by the prices. $45 for a 40oz i thought to myself impossible. Cut of beef Prime Rib, Porterhouse or T'Bone. Went for lunch on 12/5 at 2:15. The bread is freeking delicious. 5 stars Order oysters casino no flavor and no love. Baked potato was piping hot out of the oven from prior days cook. It was dry and inedible. Side salad 2 cucumber sliced about inch thick, 2 slice yellow onion about an inch thick and 2 big ass tomato wedges. Ordered the ribeye steak medium. The first 6 bites were somewhat tender and extremely over seasoned I love salt on beef. But after that the beef was very tough, I mean when I say tough I mean shoe leather. My buddy ordered the same stack and he and I had the same complaint. No the kitchen could not have fixed the problem. I didn't even other to ask the to replace anything but, the baked potato with French fries. Needless to say never going back. All of the other food is horrible as well. I tried to eat here years ago ordered the French onion soup, burger, and nachos. I figured I'd try less expensive menu item these were not tasty. Some people say just go for the steak. I say cook your own. They have to be using select beef i mean beefvwas extremely tough and had no marbling.. just a sad waste of money. Hope you can enjoy your meal. I wouldn't feed this steak to my dog. Sorry but this is just...

The smell of unclean latrine greets you upon your entrance to this rustic disappointment. The pleasantries of the wait staff is as of a theme restaurant in which their tips depend on their lack of care for their paying customer. They glady add all group checks together with a pen and paper and avoid splitting checks as if it will summons the inferno. Additionally their lack of penmanship on their checkstub supports the feeling that it some children were left behind. A $402 bill holds no merit when asking to speak to a manager. The manager sent her enthusiastic, (I mean indifferent) staff member over to tell us that because of laughing the manager will not speak with this table about our grievance. The happy waitress, lets call her "Depressed Flo" further stated that she is just a "slave" and complaining is pointless. The food had variety, as in a variety of temperaters inside of each steak and was pleantiful, as in I had pleanty remaining because it was not good. I recommend stoping her if you have time, but only to ask for directions to a decent restaurant suggestion or to get change for a dollar. Save your money and time and just eat from an ashtray under an overpass and enjoy a personality...
