It started out simple enough, my friend and I ordered 2 pizzas, and a Pepsi from this establishment, 5:15 is when we ordered. An hour went by and the order that was placed still didn't come, so we called the store asking where the order was, the lady that answered the phone said it would be there soon. Another hour went by, with no calls, so we called again, and asked for the manager, the manager said that it would be there in about 6 mins. About 30 mins later we where calling with 2 phones asking for the manager of the store. We where getting put on hold after asking for the manager about 6 times, 6 separate calls and each one we where put on hold for 10 mins each call. The food finally came after 3 hours of wait time. We did get the manager at the 3rd call with was 2 hours in, he refunded the money and gave the order to us for free. At the 5th call we got a bit aggressive with our voice because they would just put us on hold and not answer the phone, the lady that answered all 5 calls hung up on the 5th call without even saying a word. The 6th call was answered by a man, and we stayed on the phone with him until the food came 3 hours after the order was placed. When the food came, just the food came with no drink, and the driver had tried to explain that when she got back after a 2 hour run of orders, that the store rushed her out to give us the food that was not even a half a mile down the road. If you stayed till this far in reading my comment, you can decide if the driver is telling a lie or not. But I would not recommend this...
Read moreThis place was great for years but our last 2 experiences have been terrible. A few weeks ago, our pizza took over an hour to be delivered COLD, less than a mile away but we were so hungry and aggrivated, we put it in the oven to warm up and ate it anyway. It made us both sick. We understand that everyone has a bad day from time to time, gave it a few weeks and ordered again tonight. Delivery (still less than a mile away, same house) took almost an hour and was prepared incorrectly. When I contacted to store, I was asked no less than 3 times what was wrong with our pizza and even verified that our order confirmation and the label on the box did not match. We were offered to have our pizza remade but after waiting almost an hour for the first delivery, this option was not reasonable. When we asked for a refund, the person asked if we paid cash or credit and when I said credit, she said nothing and hung up. I never expect magic when I order delivery pizza, but the recent experiences we've had with this store have been terrible. After tonight, it is unlikely we will be returning customers. I hear the pizza at Domenicks is amazing and although they do not deliver to our neighnorhood, their prices are lower and will surely make up...
Read moreThey do not safety seal your food, so order at your own risk if using door dash or any other ride delivery service. I use to frequent the location on Harford Rd and order via door dash or uber eats before the renovation, and never had an issue. The moment I order via door dash after the renovation, my pizza arrived without the safety seal. Just nasty and unsanitary to not protect someone’s food from being delivered by ride service. I did call the store to make a complaint in hopes that the store perform better for their customers, not necessarily to recoup my money. Even though the manager was understanding, there was nothing that he could do as a courtesy because I ordered through door dash, basically I would have to call door dash to file a complaint. WHAT!! It’s not door dash fault that the store did not safely seal my food!! It’s an issue with the store!!!! Never again!! I’m done...
