Took a free class with them in November, the class was a bit difficult and I told them I would need more time to think about doing another one and work to build my strength. I told them I would call and schedule when I was ready. That was in November of 2024. It is now January of 2025 and they have been calling and texting incessantly! I replied STOP to the text messages but that did not stop the calls and voicemails, I repeatedly asked for them to stop calling me. This threw me off from ever booking a class with them again. Today I spoke to Heather and yet again asked her to stop calling me, she responded with “well you could’ve just asked” and I said “I DID ask, multiple times”. My instructor, Kathryn, was everything you could want and more—vivacious, funny, kind, supportive, helpful, encouraging, and so incredibly knowledgeable. She created such a welcoming and empowering atmosphere that made me, a total newbie, feel right at home. Her energy is absolutely contagious, and she made even the toughest parts of class feel achievable (and dare I say, fun?).
