I was almost kicked out by security today by a Barista named Briana simply because my service animal scared a high schooler.
She and another barista, named Sharon tried to force their âwillâ on me while the real manager wasnât there to try to get me to leave the establishment.
I go to this Starbucks almost everyday with my service animal(s) because I am low income and living in a house with no electricity. I am also a disabled woman of color and I do not appreciate being unwelcome in this toxic work environment.
I have been coming here for months now, and some of the baristas are extremely rude and passive aggressive.
I donât spend much money because I am disabled and they treat me as if Iâm not a real customer.
Sharon on multiple occasions has flat out ignored my requests for ice water and pup cups simply because I donât have to pay for them or whatever his reason.
On Tuesday, I politely checked Briana for her rudeness, everytime I come in sheâs always quick to ignore me when I come to the register, or sheâll always ask me to turn down my music (on my phone) or whatever she can do to bother me because she hates her job.
All that woman does is passively aggressively bully me, I am simply there for the Wi-Fi and the ac because I do not have electricity in my home.
I do not appreciate having security called on me and her claiming sheâs a manager (when sheâs not) to try to demand I leave the establishment.
My dogs are very well behaved and this is the first complaint I have ever heard that she completely fabricated.
I will still be coming to this establishment out of necessity for the time being.
But the manager needs to be aware that his team has been running amuck since heâs been out of office.
Bullying (passive aggressive or not) is not okay. Especially not towards low income disabled women of color.
Discrimination is not okay at all.
Please fix this so I donât have to deal with bullying when I come to your place of business.

Read moreAfter 21 years of being a loyal Starbucks customer, sometimes stopping by multiple times a day, I can confidently say I am officially done with this company. Iâm deleting my account and will no longer be spending my money here. I frequent the Bayview location for the past 3 years, which used to have great staff and solid customer service. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The management and staff have changed, and so has the overall quality: customer service, wait times, and even the drinks themselves. I remember when baristas would greet regular customers by name and often remember their orders, that level of connection and care made the experience worthwhile. Now, that would feel like a miracle. Instead, customers are interrogated when pointing out mistakes, as if weâre in the wrong for expecting the drink we paid for, especially with prices climbing higher than ever. At this point, I donât just dislike what Starbucks has become, I loathe it. The customer service is terrible, the quality is inconsistent, and despite countless complaints, nothing seems to improve. After years of...
Read moreDuring my recent visit, I was served by an employee named Alysia, whose behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful. From the beginning of the interaction, I felt unwelcome due to her dismissive attitude and visible frustration. When I politely asked for a tray to carry four drinks, she responded curtly that they did not have anyâaccompanied by an eye-roll that was both unnecessary and offensive.
To make matters worse, just moments later, I witnessed her open a drawer that contained plenty of trays, directly contradicting what she had just told me. This behavior was not only misleading but also made me feel intentionally disregarded.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, which is not what I expect from a brand like Starbucks that prides itself on customer service and community.
I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately, and that steps will be taken to ensure other customers do not have similar experiences...
