This is one of my daughter's favorite places for takeout, however the main meal portions are VERY small, even when we order the larger dishes & pay extra. 🤨 We do continue to go because my daughter likes their Orange Chicken& Coconut Shrimp, but it didn't take long before we started to notice that they use/put as little meat on your plate (whether it's chicken, pork, steak or even the shrimp, in which there's a $3.50 up charge to your plate just because it's 'seafood') as they can get away with.🤫 Now, I know it sounds ridiculous however we tested this theory and ordered all three sizes of the same meal and the only difference in the small, medium, &large dishes, was in the amount of rice/vegetables we received the meat was the (almost exact) same quantity in every box!🤯 Sorry, but in my opinion that's not okay &we should receive the amount of food that we pay for, as advertised!🙄 &I'm sorry but I don't feel like they have been giving that to their customers. Read moreThere is an employee named Jeremy at this location and he is extraordinary. The first time I came in, he asked me for my name and ever since then, he greets me by my name everytime I come in. Jeremy is very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I see how he treats every customer with respect and always provides great customer service — when he notices a small line of two or more people forming, he reacts with urgency to assist the customers waiting. Whatever Jeremy’s position is, he needs to be promoted. He does simple things that no employee at any restaurant does — remembers your name, remembers your hobbies, remembers the previous conversations and follows up on them, genuinely smiles at customers, and treats everyone with respect and urgency.
I drive further to come to this Panda Express location because I know I will have a great experience there.
Again, Jeremy needs to be promoted. He can provide tremendous value teaching employees the art of customer service, something society seems to be losing.

Read moreStopped in after work between 5-5:15pm on Thursday. Service was very slow despite having several employees behind the counter. Stood in line for a little over 9 mins before it was my turn to be waited on while only 2 customers were in front of me. I was aware of the time because while I was waiting, I was also watching the transit app on my phone to see how long I had until the MTA bus arrived that I was trying to catch. All the food looked fresh & hot and the employees at the counter seemed to communicate welI with the cooks making them aware when an entree needed to be refilled. I got the sweet fire chicken w/ pineapples which was delicious with the perfect amount of spice & sweetness & a side of chow mein .I also got an order of spring rolls which unfortunately weren't crispy and tasted a bit undercooked.
