Subway — Restaurant in Baltimore

UPDATE: I contacted Subway Corporate and received an email from them regarding Subway policies and the promise that this location was contacted about the incident. I may visit them again in the near future to determine whether there has been a change.

My service animal and I were just discriminated against by Krishna, the manager, who continued to say yes he knew my animal was a service dog yet AFTER serving me my food, told me I couldn't stay there to eat and needed to leave. Other customers told him he was violating the law. He kept saying he knew that. He was slow to refund my 💰 but ultimately voided my order. I told him I will likely sue him for violating ADA law. He shrugged his shoulders and said to go ahead. Anyone on here who is a lawyer or know of someone, let's go. He needs to be disciplined. He claimed customers were afraid. No one expressed 😱. This is my favorite Subway in Baltimore. I just wish they were open later but I understand labor shortages/ safety of employees.

Every time im there the employees seem to be in a genuine good mood and are always friendly. The manager (i think she is at least) is nice to her employees and patient with them when they don't know how to do something.

This Subway will not accept Subway coupons for there face value. Went in with 'any footlong for $6 each' coupon and was told that I could only pick from the Select sandwich menu only even though there are no restrictions stated on the coupon.
