This evening I stopped by this location to patronize the drive up window. Initially the line had 4-5 card in front of me but was moving extremely slowly. After 15 minutes (I watched the clock) I was finally able to place a order. Upon arriving to the window to pay for the food I ordered the representative accepted my payment but it took a while for her to do so. While waiting to make my payment I could hear her become frustrated taking the order for a car that was several cars behind me. Shortly after I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my food. Moments later the same employee came to speak with me after I pulled ahead to ask me to now pull around the other side of the billing because my food was not ready. I then asked what food is available because I had been waiting so long. The employee stormed off and in total frustration. At this point I exited my vehicle to go inside. I was greeted by a gentlemen who was very understanding and thanked me for being patient. He informed me that a team member had just exited the building to bring me my food. i thanked him and proceeded outside. After walking out the door I said to the employee "is that my food?" and proceeded to state the contents of the bag. I further explained that my car was close by and even pointed. She asked me for my receipt. At this point I laughed and she responded "Why are you being so aggressive". Due to my frustration I told her she can keep the food and I proceeded back to my vehicle. Next the security guard came to my car to ask if I still wanted my food and to check on me. I told him I am looking for my receipt and he went inside to get someone to assist me. Finally another team member came out and explained why the food took so long. She stated that she wanted to make sure the food she served me was fresh and did not sit out all day. Read moreI work for door dash and went to pick up an order and after sitting in the line for over 30 mins was told that they weren't doing door dash orders because the machine was down... I decided to order a pineapple mango lemonade because the way the drive-thru is set up u can't get around the cars u have to wait till the car at the window gets there food and leaves cuz there is no other way out.. So I paid $4.11 for my lemonade and I leave then I take a drink of my lemonade and it tasted like water with a tiny bit of pineapple mango lemonade in it. So then I go back to get a refund and there's only 2 cars in line and the car in front of me was getting a refund as well because they said there 2 smoothies tasted watered down as well.... I sat in the drive-thru again for over 20mins just for a refund.. I thought I was done with Wendy's and the girl at the drive-thru window said she was going to call and report there door dash machine was down and about 20 mins later I got another door dash order for the same Wendy's location, so I had to call the customer for the 2nd time to let them know the Wendy's wasn't taking oders at that time. After I was done with the customer I had to call Door dash for the 2nd time to let them know what had happened and was on the phone for over 20 mins for the 2nd time explaining to them what happened for the 2nd time... So needless to say I wasted over an hour of my time just sitting in the drive-thru and talking on the phone because they didn't contact door dash and let them know about the machine not working.... Very unhappy with that particular Wendy's it located on York rd. In Baltimore Maryland on the 5600...

The final Wendy's I visited was in the Govan's area. There was so much which went wrong there that I have no plans to return anytime soon. 1) The drive thru speaker really loud and going in and out while assoc was speaking 2) Assoc constantly talking to others while trying to take your order, got order very wrong 3) We left to return to inform them that items were missing from order, they more rude than before and claimed we weren't charged for missing items. But we never received a receipt initially 4) We asked about missing straws and spoons, just to find out that they had no straws. 5) Our fries were extremely cold and they didn't want to offer better ones. They were more concerned with trying to make sure that they collected more money to actually give me the apple salad which I ordered and never received since they didn't have the strawberry salad 6) bracelet for special donations were not given to us either 7) All of this was going on while we were still waiting for a spoon to eat our frosties which ended up bubbling and turning into foam. The list goes on and on. In the in, I spent about $40 with them and it was not worth it. I wished that I had not driven that extra long distance from my home to our home to purchase this meal for to treat my son.
