Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bangor Township

I took my daughter here tonight for ice cream. We ordered waffle cones, with two scoops each. My daughter stayed in the truck with our dog. The girl working smooshed the ice cream into my cone so hard she cracked the cone. After paying almost $12 for our cones and tipping the girls, I grabbed our cones and headed for the door. I went to take a small bite of mine only to have the entire top half of my cone, with both scoops of ice cream fall to the floor (she cracked the entire top of my waffle cone off from the bottom half). I tried to catch it and ended up spilling both cones onto the floor. I got napkins and cleaned up the mess and got behind the next person in line. I reordered the exact same thing and they charged me again for the cones. I'm not interested in dumping $24 on two ice cream cones every time I walk into this place because of an employee's error. I have always had a nice experience here. The service is always great and friendly. However, tonight was different. I was there with my 4yr old who has been newly potty trained. We were with one other person. Along with us there was only one other couple inside. My daughter needed to go to the bathroom instantly and fast! I know they don’t have a public restroom but considering an ice cream place is “family friendly” you’d think they could make an exception for a child who is doing the pee dance holding themselves. I was told to take her to Long John Silvers. Before I could leave, the manger (I believe owner also) stood in the doorway watching us and proceeded to when we got back as well. If you’re going to allow people to sit inside and eat you should consider having a public restroom and acknowledge that there are emergencies...

Went in store and ordered a Birthday cake ice cream cake a week early. Went to pick it up and they didn't decorated the cake as instructed no did the call me with any questions. The two girls there said they were not cake decorators but one girl tried to fix it. The other girl rang up the sale and gave me the total. She watched me write out the check and when done I handed it to her and she took it. Then told me that they don't take checks. Like really!! You just stood there and watched me write it out and there is no signage what so ever around the cash register or on or around the entrance door that they don't take checks!!
