Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Hostile Service I had a very disappointing visit to this Subway location. The customer service was horrible — the staff member was combative and displayed threatening mannerisms. I was never asked whether I wanted my subs toasted or not, and the menu didn’t clarify this either. When I politely pointed out that I wanted both sandwiches toasted (not just one), the employee chose to argue instead of resolving the issue. The interaction made me uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t even feel safe or at ease eating my food. On top of that, the service was slow and disorganized. I went there in the morning coming off my 5th midnight shift and was a little confused on what was in a sandwich because I don't eat out a lot. It's sad cause I love subway but the wait time/ employees interaction with customers is terrible. I also ordered online and paid for extra bacon. Guess what I got barely any bacon.
