I called in donuts and the person that I spoke to was very rude. I always call them in before I go so I’m not walking in trying to get three dozen donuts on the fly.
I walked in and the line was out the door and the drive thru was soo busy.
I thought no biggie on the phone call they are just busy so I brushed it off. Then I hear the voice that I heard on the phone being rude to someone picking up their order. Basically telling them too bad. Not I’m sorry sir but we didn’t have the full order. Basically yelling telling him WE DIDN’T have this or that. Then proceeded to chit chat with someone she knew!
I am giving them 4 stars because the only rude one was the manager! The poor girl that waited on me had her arm in a sling. Very Nice!!
Now usually if you call in ahead of time you get a discount. So the girl waiting on me asked should she get a discount to the manger. There a annoyed look and a NO! The look on the poor girls face. Like she just asked a question. I didn’t care it’s like $2, and the rules on if you get one change depending on who’s there.
The guy that makes the donuts came up and said you ordered the Boston cream right (I am sure he was verifying because no one took my name on the call). Very nice guy as always when I’m in there.
I know they were extremely busy, I’m sure it’s annoying when there are a lot of people to wait on. But that gives no right to be rude. I think they need a new morning manager! Sorry I ruined you day by calling in my order. Or someone else did and you take it out on the people being...
Read moreAs of late, we have had terrible experience with this location. This location is by far lacking customer service the most. The first time we came through the drive thru at 7pm and was told they unexpectedly closed for the night, so we asked if that might cold stone ice cream too and he very rudely and with attitude said yes through the speaker. A few days later we return to get our craving of ice cream and place our order through the drive thru with another employee who has major attitude. We asked what ice cream creation had cookie dough in it and she told us we had to be more specific and we should come into the store if we didn’t know our order. When we got to the window she rudely told us the total again, looked absolutely miserable to be working and it took them 25 minutes to make up our ice cream (no one else is in store or in drive thru).
If we didn’t already give them our cash, we would’ve driven away. Not that they would care, it seems like they want that to happen. When we did get our ice cream, she didn’t say a word, just handed us the ice cream and that was it. Very unprofessional.

Read moreI'm not sure what is wrong with this location. We attempt to visit often as TH is a treat our family really enjoys. Out of the last 5 visits they have only had what we were looking for in stock once. ( Tim bits) we aren't visiting at the end of the day how do you always run out so early I feel like that would encourage you to.have more made up and avaliable if you're always running out. One visit recently I brought my 2 young children inside only to witness employees swearing and complaining about their jobs and talking poorly about another employee. I waited for an employee to notice we were there but eventually given the language my children were hearing we left without our treat. Last night 6/8 we visited as we went to walk in a woman who clearly saw us locked the door and put a sign on the door saying they were closing early due to staffing. ( this was at 6 pm) Not even acknowledging my family standingat the door. I've had maybe 1 pleasant experience at this location. I can't recommend anyone waste there time at this location. The staff hates there jobs clearly and they run out of things often. We will be choosing a local business next time. Super unfortunate to see this location go so far down...
